This company is a SCAM! Please avoid at all cost! I placed an order a month ago - nothing has arrived! I’ve sent 4 emails - took a week to get a rude and unhelpful response! I was then charged AGAIN - I did not sign up for a subscription! There is NO customer service number and no one to help. They will keep charging you and you will receive nothing! SCAM SCAM SCAM! AVOID!

I placed an order with Ritual Labs and, after reading customer reviews, became concerned that my purchase may have included a recurring subscription. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel. Their response confirmed that a subscription associated with my order existed and was subsequently canceled.
What concerns me is that I was unaware of any recurring subscription at the time of purchase. Had I clearly understood that my order involved recurring charges, I would not have completed the transaction.
I requested cancellation within minutes of placing my order. Instead of immediately processing my request, I initially received a response encouraging me to keep the product. The company later confirmed that the subscription had been canceled, but refused to cancel the order itself.
Consumers should carefully review all checkout terms and monitor their payment methods for recurring charges.
If you believe you have experienced deceptive or unfair business practices, you can file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Google website as they won’t let me post the link.
Keep copies of your order confirmation, cancellation requests, emails, and any other documentation related to your experience.

This company and product is bogus. I ordered once and was automatically enrolled in autopay for additional product I did not want, The company would not refund the second order I did not request. I had to create an account and cancel the subscription and stop the payments. This is poor customer service and a money grab embarrassment. They should be ashamed for being greedy at consumers expense

I received a 4 month supply on 5/27. On 6/05 they charged my card $79 again for another shipment. Thankfully my card was locked. I don't remember buying a subscription, but whatever... that happens. My problem is I have emailed them 11 times and they have attempted to charge me 6 more times since then. They literally won't cancel it. Every 2 days they try again, and I've received responses from saying I need to try the supplement longer, am I sure I want to cancel, or telling me it was canceled... and they just keep charging me. Don't bother with these scam artists, it's not worth it.

I have been getting Happy Liver pills sent to me (3 bottles so far) I did not order them. I went to their website and the email address for customer service is an invalid address. I never received items I paid for and I can't get help from support
I never received items I paid for. I wrote to support and got an immediate reply saying they were on it and would get back to me shortly with an update. I never heard back and sent subsequent emails asking for follow up. Still nothing. I did receive one of the items i purchased but not the other two. All the order and shipment information status indicate all were shipped and delivered together in one package. I sent them pictures of the package and contents which would clearly not hold all the items and in their first message they acknowledged the issue. Since then nothing.
Also, my package was stuck in customs in San Francisco for several days, but the return address is Carson CA (I'm in CA). I have found an address in Miami and also reference to HONG KONG which is where I suspect the order was shipped from. I have disputed the credit card transactions for the items I didn't receive.

This company has the worst customer service. They will certainly take your cancellation but then continue to charge you. They refuse your refund and continue to send product to you expecting you to pay to have it shipped back to them.
Buyer Beware - Ritual Labs is a FRAUDULENT Company!!
I ordered Happy Liver (order #US80553) as a one-time purchase. After reading hundreds of reviews warning about unauthorized subscription enrollments and ignored cancellation requests, I immediately contacted Ritual Labs as well as Shopify multiple times to cancel my order. I have received no satisfactory response.
When I called the customer service number listed on their website, the call dropped immediately. Even more alarming, the phone number registered with my credit card processor (Chase) for this merchant is 555-1234 — a fictional placeholder number. No legitimate business registers a fake phone number with a payment processor. This is a serious red flag of deliberate fraud.
Additionally, the company does not disclose that their product is manufactured and shipped from China, which is information I would have wanted before purchasing. Their refund policy also lists a company called "GV Digital trading as Ritual Labs" which does not appear to exist.
I have contacted Chase to flag unauthorized charges, reported the merchant to Shopify, filed a complaint with the FTC, and will be filing with my state Attorney General if unresolved. Buyer beware — research this company thoroughly before purchasing.
Claims that US based but Chinese manufacturers
I placed an order thinking they're US based but when I received the parcel tracking info it mentioned from China. I immediately sent them an email and requested to cancel the order as I do not trust this company anymore. As they mention in their website that they are US based and manufacturer but shipping products from China. I immediately received a reply within minutes asking my confirmation if I want to cancel the order. I replied back the same day but no reply back. After 2 weeks they replied me that sorry we didn't respond to your email quick enough. Now the item has been dispatched and they can't do anything now. I have to wait until I receive their poison/drug, God knows what's in those pills, and then I need to send the bottles back on my own cost for a refund.
Please be aware they are scam. And do not consume their product. Could be anything!
