Did not help me sleep
Disappointment. The Simply Progesterone did not accomplish my reason for purchasing. All the reads that it improved sleep did not happen for me. As a postmenopausal woman it was not my answer. What I found has helped a lot is Gaba with L-Theanine, Inositol and Taurine all in one by the Now brand.
