The nurse on my virtual call was very pleasant and knowledgeable, as I’ve never given injections before I was quite nervous but she made me feel at ease within minutes. Very pleased with my experience... Voir plus
Normally the service is good, but this time delivery was cancelled 2/3s through the day which meant we lost two days instead of one. When we get notifications it usually works well.

We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.

No prior warning for delivery
I never received a message to organise delivery and am away on holiday so only knew about my delivery today when I received the text saying 'out for delivery today' so had to ensure someone was able to receive it in my absence.
