I recently moved to a new state, and my Healthpilot representative, Debra Camacho, was able to help me find a Medicare Advantage policy to fit my needs. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She knew the right questions to ask me to get what I needed. I have used Healthpilot for the last couple of years, and have always had a good outcome. I will continue to use in the future and recommend to others.

I was not happy with the plan I was on. I discovered that I could change plans one time until March 31st. I saw HealthPilot online and decided to try it. I am SO glad I did. I answered the questions about my preferences and they cut through all the confusion and showed me the plans that fit my needs. It allowed me to compare the plans side-by-side and made a dreaded and confusing task easy. I'm so happy I found them! Thank you for making this so much easier and less stressful!

Staff: Tim and Grace were very helpful, not pushing, patient to explain, and different vs multiple agencies I spoke with. Especially, Tim Davis who I appreciate the style and knowledge.
Application: I had to reload a few times to make "Finish Application" active. Maybe something to look into?
Recommendations: I would suggest to make a digital format to enter SS# during the completion of application via the phone to avoid pressure on Staff that they know my SS number. I had a few fraud issues in the past so maybe more sensitive to this matter. Apologies.
Service: I had great experience. Timely follow up, clear v-mails and e-mails.

The website was very easy to navigate and compare plans. I was switching Medicare Advantage plans and had some quick questions which the agent (Grace) was able to quickly and professionally help me with. She was also able to help me through the finishing process to get the applications submitted.
