Very competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

I ordered some hair products in bulk as the price was 33% cheaper than other retails of the same product.

I certainly didn't want to purchase through Amazon as I didn't need next day delivery nor did I want to pay the higher cost per item.

I love how fast customer service was to respond to my email I grew a bit concerned that the delivery wouldn't arrive however they put my mind at ease and provided me with tracking on the delivery and all was well!

On 18th September I ordered a perfume from Healthreaction, attracted by an unbeatable price. I then stumbled upon the reviews and got worried that I would never receive it, so I started chasing for updates. I always received a prompt reply, written in a slightly unprofessional way (by this I do not mean "rude", just awkward English), confirming that the order would be dispatched soon and apologizing for the delay. Yesterday on their last email, they promised that the parcel would be dispatched by end of week and that they would include free samples on my next order. Today, 30th September, I have finally received a notification from Royal Mail confirming that they have my parcel and that it will be delivered to me on Monday.

I am satisfied with my experience; I honestly don't think that two weeks waiting time is bad (our expectations are based on what Amazon does, but that isn't realistic for a smaller retailer!), plus the price was really advantageous. Communication with customers could be improved as it doesn't look very professional, but to be fair, my emails were never ignored. Interestingly enough, around the same time I placed my order with Healthreaction I also placed one with a very prestigious perfume brand (Serge Lutens) and not only have I not received an update on my order from them, but they are also not replying to my emails.

I am still not sure I would order from Healthreaction again, but I am happy to say that for me, it was not a scam.

order 18081 placed on September 11 finally arrived today... unfortunately I had to find out where my order was. Lack of professionalism, I won't use it again

Item ordered wasn't in stock but had really good communication from the customer service team who suggested other items, checked the date for the item to be restocked and gave a prompt refund. Will definitely shop here again.

Although the supplier was unable to obtain the goods I ordered, they provided a no-quibble refund or other goods in exchange, straight away. Communication links were very good; the supplier responded in a timely manner and was ALWAYS polite and professional. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Still waiting for my order of Aftershave order number 17775 costing £11.30 no email !!!!

I read the reviews on here before placing my order, thought I would just order one item for around £20 to see for myself. Well the 1 star reviews are warranted. Placed an order for an item that states "many in stock" only to have them email a couple of days later saying they are out of stock and they can offer this alternative. If I had wanted what you were offering I would have placed an order for it wouldn't I. Told them to issue my account with a refund IMMEDIATLEYEY, and said they should not be taking monies for an item that is out of stock, still waiting for the refund to go through. Checked the website and the item is still showing as "many in stock" unbelievable!

Ordered September 4th still no dispatch information despite assurances (after seeing all the 1 star reviews) that order would arrive on 15th September. Refund requested but would imagine will need to initiate chargeback via bank. Lesson learned to check reviews before ordering even if they appear on 1st page of google search. Only positive is they respond to emails but they are definitely unable to fulfil orders they are taking money for.

Only give two star I got my order today but had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery and 1 star for getting emails bk quick from the customer service team

I ordered my perfume and like many others it took a while, I received initial confirmation but then no tracking. It took two weeks to arrive and then unfortunately I received a smaller size than I ordered, at which point I was very disappointed. However when I contacted them the customer service was excellent, they replied straight away apologising and couldn’t have been more helpful, they sent out the correct size straight away. I now know it takes longer, however even next day delivery Amazon etc are taking up to 3 day now so this is not all on the company. Excellent price and service will definitely be reordering.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and it said dispatched. Nothing. I am reporting them to trading standards now

It's a shame this company is allowed to advertise front page at google. They are pure SCAM. That's why they don't allow PayPal payment. Money paid money lost.

This is a genuine company not a scam. As long as you order well in advance as the goods arrive from Holland it takes a while to receive your order. They are always quick to reply to your emails when you ask when your order will arrive.

Great company with fantastic products and great customer service

Took TEN days to arrive from date of order to date of delivery causing unnecessary worry, especially with their poor reviews. No tracking given until I emailed them. But at least they did answer my emails.

Item took longer than expected but customer services replied very quickly whenever I emailed. I was kept informed of progress and will order again

I ordered some products from the Health Reaction website and payment was taken from my bank account but I didn't receive any confirmation email so started to worry and worried even more when I read these bad reviews and also tried to phone them and nobody replied. HOWEVER, the products I ordered have just been delivered about a week after I ordered them so all ok in the end.

I was very worried after reading the reviews about scams. but my order did come after 14 days.and it was just what i ordered and a very good price .thank you very much for my lancaster sun cream.linda
