Finger weg!

Am Anfang war der Support noch zuvorkommend und hilfreich, aber da es um einen Widerruf ging ist das ganze dann relativ schnell gekippt und sie wollten mit mir, wie auf einem türkischen Bazar, verhandeln. Anstatt der vollen Rückerstattung solle ich doch das Gerät behalten und ich bekomme stattdessen 40% des Kaufpreises erstattet und und und. Nach Ablehnung dieser Angebote meinerseits (da ich ein gültiges Widerrufsrecht mit Anspruch auf die volle Erstattung habe), natürlich nie mehr was gehört von denen. Absolut keine Empfehlung, nie wieder!

Easy health solutions ..was fb add

I want pay for cover for my mobility scooter. They wanted me to pay by bank .give me details .which I can not use as dont no how.so I said I'd go to bank an do it they said dont do that get apple voucher send photo copy of it then there deliver. But I look on google they said ?((easy health solutions))) are scam company .so pls do not buy from them.as I've changed my mind now

If I could give 0 stars I would, this company is a complete scam. Both myself and a number of Colleagues ordered items, neither of which were received. No tracking number, not refund received. Be careful, while the customer service appears to appease, nothing comes of it. Shody company. Willing to remove this review if the refund is issued.

Firstly, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. A despatch email is sent with the tracking number when the parcel is sent. Perhaps it went into your junk folder?

Our customer service agents are all trained, UK-based and do their best to help, always. They are also able to provide your tracking number. Calls are free and lines are open 24/7.

previously I left a 1star review (0stars would have been closer to reality) my issue was a total lack of support response in respect of order updates for a pretty exxie product approx GBP110.00...
emailing support@healthsolutions bounced and elicited spam I finally resorted to advising a rep, that I discovered was contactable, that recovery action would commence within 48hrs at their cost if a response was not received...
Imagine my utter amazement to receive my order this morning it had been shipped from Serbia ffs...result 3stars for delivery 0stars for customer relationship management...not going there again either..!

We operate in the UK and Europe. If your order was dispatched from Serbia, then it may have been an item that was low in stock in the UK, and so rather than delaying your order, we dispatched it from our European hub. I am not sure why that would be a problem; we pay all import taxes. However, if you did encounter any issues, please contact us so we can resolve them.

Terrible terrible service

I phoned to see if they had an item in stock. On hold for 15 min. Item sent to my store and they promised to confirm it was there. No call. 5 days later I call, on hold for 14 min, then cut off. Call again, on hold for 15 min and confirm item has been transferred to my store.

I recall this grim ‘service’ 6 years ago when I used HCS. Many friends complain about similar experiences.
Spend some money on more employees.
Set up digital access.
Care about your customers
Zero, possibly 1 star.
Amazon here I come.

Ende Gut - alles gut

Nach langem Warten habe ich die Ware doch noch erhalten. Bestellt in England, geliefert aus Serbien.
Da es so lange gedauert hat, habe ich mehrfach per Email nachgefragt, jedoch leider nie eine Antwort erhalten. Als ich es nicht mehr geglaubt habe, ist die Ware eingetroffen. Ich hätte es fast nicht angenommen, da Zollgebühren zu zahlen waren und die Ware ja nicht in Serbien bestellt wurde. Die Ware ist in Ordnung und funktioniert sehr gut. Also Ende gut - alles gut! Das Problem ist einfach nur die fehlende Kommunikation der Firma.

Utter Rubbish

I bought their hugely priced rejuvenation patches after reading their in my opinion wild claims about their cure all effects. Completely useless. Might as well stick blotting paper on your skin for all the good they are. If they are as they claim why are the medical profession not using them? Only gave one star as unable to give zero. This item is junk.

sent off for the pain gel sent them£19.00 have not received order and no one person answers the phone number no one has sent me a reply about where is my delivery so i must accept they are a scam company will someone the company tell me otherwise ??? i await the parcel i await their reply i wil not hold my breath !!! they should be brought to book justice comes to mind

Would have given it no stars if that had been an option. Ordered the gel for £19 after it was advertised in a newspaper. Never received. Sent an e mail enquiring, never answered. Rip off.

Ceriphen

Tried to find out if the product Ceriphen has been medically approved by a professional qualified authority. E. g. The FDA. They failed to contact me as promised so as far as I'm concerned I'm beginning to doubt the authenticity of this particular medication something which I will ask my doctor about as I don't want this product to interfere with the medication I am already taking.

UTTERLY USELESS

Although the product I use on subscription - ADVANCE 7 gel is very good the customer service is utterly useless !
They take weeks to deliver.
I got a new bank card so in January 2024 phoned Health Solutions to give them my new bank card details.
Weeks went by but I didn’t receive my gel, I phoned them & they said my new card details had not been recorded so I gave them again.
I phoned my bank to make them aware.
More weeks went by with no gel being delivered, I phoned again & they said my card details had not been recorded.
Today 19/05/2024 with no gel delivered I phoned them & guess what they said ?
Your card details have not been recorded.
If I could get this gel elsewhere I would because this company is driving me round the bend, they are incompetent!

Order not arrived, no way of contacting

Ordered Suplex gel on 08/04/24, money taken out of my account. £19.00, however order did not arrive. Tried to contact Health Solutions on number on site, told that this is not in service! No way of contacting and no way of getting order or money back.

Be careful when you order 'Breakthrough' products

Ordered 2 bottles of Joint Plus for £79.90 in October 2023. Duly arrived but did not live up to the sales pitch that said that this was a breakthrough discovery. When was the breakthrough? Returned them as useless expecting a refund of £79.90 + £10 bonus. I waited but nothing happened. When I contacted them I was informed that I would not receive a refund as it stated in the very small print that refunds only give on first order. When I queried this I was told that I had ordered this product previously nearly four and a half years ago. How could I possibly remember that. I only ordered the product because it was a 'Breakthrough' and guaranteed to work. I feel that I have been ripped off. I've passed this on to Trading Standards who will now deal with it.
My message to others purchasing this product is to think twice before they do so as the product does not work and you may not get your money back.

I would like to reiterate what Mandy…

I would like to reiterate what Mandy said. They do exist but communication is the most basic I have received in quite a while. Not interested in resolving my issue or reassuring me, they just wanted to brush me off. A bit like most airlines customer service post COVID.

They do state that delivery takes up to 28 days and my parcel did take almost that entire amount of time. The reason, they may have you believe if you try and contact them like I did about slow delivery is not Royal Mail.

True, Royal Mail is used for the final mile delivery but not the sorting and this is where I believe the slow delivery issues arise. They use a separate mail handling company to sort their parcels so there is no tracking number they can provide and no way of tracking a parcel through Royal Mail's pipeline. This is to keep their postage costs down as they offer free delivery.

If you are ordering from this company order in plenty of time and hopefully your parcel will arrive eventually.
