Prefer the old fabric , but well made. Seem to come up smaller than the other ones

The quality of the material is low not worth it.

The rainbow had not been put on properly. Also, there was no written NHS under the rainbow? I did not ask to write my organisation, but I was expecting the NHS written on the items? I would like to know what are you going to do to correct this?

After checking the images and your original order details, we can confirm that the product you selected was the Personalised Rainbow Bundle, which does not include the NHS logo. We did not receive any instructions to add the NHS logo, so the items you received match the specifications of your order.

Regarding your comment about the rainbow embroidery, the stitching is correct and secure. Embroidery can sometimes appear uneven before the garment is stretched or washed, but this will settle naturally after washing and wearing.

This is my 2nd fleece from these guys - the first one is still going strong and I wouldn’t have replaced it -except my new one is 2 sizes smaller, having lost weight! Everything I loved about the first one, still applies to this one - it is cosy, soft, comfortable and warm. It is also beautifully embroidered and stands out when looking for it at the end of a shift, on the coat stand at work, not to mention it won’t be stolen as it has my name on the front! I have shared the link with 2 of my colleagues who have placed orders and love theirs too!

Shipping is really fast and the quality is really good! Highly recommended

Not trying to bad mouth your business but The quality of the fleece was very poor and not what I expected. I just wish I can return it cause the colour keeps coming out and staining the other clothes I washed with it and the material is not warm like the other fleece wears
