I dont feel the fleece is good quality

We have used this company previously to order fleeces for the team.
The order was received promptly but the sizing is different and they came up smaller than the ones received previously and used to judge the sizes for this order. This led to some of the team finding them a little tight. The fleece is thinner and lighter than before, but that is better I think.

Quality is nowhere near as good as my last purchase a few years ago.

I am quite dissatisfied with the product I received. The quality is noticeably inferior compared to similar items I have encountered in the past. The material feels flimsy, and the craftsmanship falls short of my expectations. I am truly disappointed with this purchase and wish I could return it for a full refund. It’s frustrating to invest in something that doesn’t meet even the basic standards I anticipated.

Ordered a hoodie and fleece and the fleece never turned up emailed them and no reply and no refund

I ordered from this company January last year and received a letter to say they had gone bust. Somehow it seems they are still trading which I am going to look into further. Avoid at all costs you won’t receive your order and they continue to lie.

Order never arrived, emailed on several occasions and fobbed me off every time, absolutely horrendous customer service and they didn’t give me a refund after asking many times.

Amy a member of your staff was very helpful and professional , replied to my request very quickly and professional, a great member of your staff, quaulity of the goods order is very good aswell

The material of the fleece was really good and the order was received at earliest, as told. I am satisfied with my order, I would recommend to others as well!

I ordered 8 items for me and my colleagues and everyone was disappointed due to them not having the NHS logo on them. I would have thought they would have with NHS being in the description.

I also thought we might have received a discount with ordering in bulk but they were full priced.

In comparison to a colleagues, hers is much better quality, larger print and includes the NHS logo. Quite disappointing

Soft comfy fleece, good embroidery

Awful experience ordered my nhs fleece and waited months for the order to come. Received no update emails on where my order was. Then got a letter 7 months later after chasing it up myself asking where my order was saying the company have gone into liquidation. Then other people have took over the company still advertising their products! Saying that I won’t get a refund or the fleece and they would only offer a free delivery if I ordered again which I would NOT be doing. Do not order from here it’s a scam.

I've bought from here before. I was happy with my purchase so I bought the fleece and raincoat for my daughter. The fleece wasn't as good quality as mine was the year before and the raincoat, was thinner than a kagool, athough the picture looked thicker. Very disappointed.
