one star is too high

one star is too high. this app does not work and will give false reading. the scanner part worked one time and died. and so called approved items were not accepted at check out.

Change is for people who are not set in their ways

They are not going to improve they're set in their ways that's obvious! I'm having the same exact problems as everybody else and what they said in their reviews!! Customer service is lousy, you wait on hold only to be either hung up on, re-routed to someone or something else. You might be told that it's resolved only to find that it isn't and you (I) keep trying over and over and over again to resolve the issue on your (my) own but it never gets resolved!!! Yes the prices yes are ridiculous! I paid twice as much than I would at Walmart!!

THEY ARE RIPPING US OFF!!!

EVERYTHING COST TWICE AS MUCH! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NUTS. I'M GOING TO POST THIS ON X TO LET AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO KNOW WHAT A RIP OFF THIS IS. $6.32 FOR NOSE SPRAY. SAME THING AT WALMART IS $3.32. AND YES, I'M YELLING!

The app has multiple glitches, presumably so you can’t spend your money.

The app is terrible, multiple glitches. For example, you have to try again and again to put an item in your cart and when it finally adds the items you can’t check out because it says “the price of an item has changed” but doesn’t tell you which item. I tried emptying my cart and replacing the items but it loads with the same price and again says “the price of an item has changed.” The functionality required of this app is simplistic. It should work flawlessly.

Minus zeros if I could rate that low

Minus zeros if I could rate that low. I have been working with HB help (or should I say ‘helpless) folks for over a year to gain total access to website and to change incorrect address. I have pages of notes from my communication with HB. At least 5x they were supposed to correct my address and as of today it’s still incorrect. My insurer is UCare in Minnesota and they are wonderful people, but this app is a POS and so is their customer service. I only wish there was an alternative so I could have full access to the benefits I an entitled to. As if anyone from HB will ever read my review…

The app quit working

The app quit working. When I called customer service by phone, Jordan told me that my phone was having hardware issues. My phone works fine. Jordan had me go to the website for healthy benefits Plus. There, my phone worked fine, and I logged in with no problem. On the app, I still can't log in. They suck!

Attempting to activate my husband's…

Attempting to activate my husband's card which was a replacement card. I get, "Info does not match our records". Using website, the numbers do not match. Previous order in April, and now can not order. Tried to call C.S, and they are closed! Recording states that normal hours begin at 8AM...excluding holidays. Does not state time zone. It is 9:04 AM on Sat. and I can't get help. Very frustrating! NOW ATTEMPTING TO SUBMIT REVIEW...NOTHING IS HAPPENING!!!!!

Terrible website --so difficult to use.

The website is really awful. It's like something from 30 years ago. Every single item I ordered-- When I got to the checkout these items all ended up having a higher price. Just awful. It doesn't take a genius to fix these problems on the website.

Horrible !

Horrible !! Always a problem with the website and accessing the online catalog. Such a headache every time I try to use my benefits. The people you speak with on the phone are clueless and ask you the same dumb questions every time. I've decided to just stop trying to use the healthy benefits I'm entitled to. I'm so sick of wellcare and there Horrible customer service 😒

Absolutely non-functional

Inconsistency between app data and checkout process. Scanner shows items as eligible, but checkout does not. Credit amount shown as available not recognized at checkout. Feedback process on app and on website non-functional.

Uhc of maine 171.00 been using my balance until today my balance which i cannot use 143.76 tryed been trying to buy cough medicine denied twice same as trying to buy milk too I give up these guys stop my app from buying anything at randalls hell with them can't use it at other stores too

The website is ridiculous

The website is ridiculous. It seems like every item that I want to purchase is out of stock. The majority of the items come from amazon, but the card cannot be used on the Amazon website. Go figure. For in-store shopping, there is supposed to be a barcode scanner, however it is non-existent on the website. Any purchase that's made in store has to be checked at the checkout counter. For those of us who have Mobility issues, having to drag something to the checkout counter, for example a walker, is ridiculous. If it isn't covered then we've just wasted our time. Why can't the app have a product code scanner where the product can be scanned well it is still on the shelf. Customer service is not existent. When I sent an email asking for information, I received an email back asking for my name card number and some other information. Now one would think that when I email from my account, they would have all of that information.

Atrocious

Whoever they use to ship out items to my area screwed up and gave me the wrong items. Healthy Benefits has been nothing but awful about the entire experience. They asked me for information and their inbox has been full since. I can't get through to them if I wanted to. I doubt I'm ever going to get the food items I needed. Or the credits back at this point. I've gone to my insurance directly at this point, though I have little faith they will help either because it's United Healthcare, but that's a different can of worms. Also, their website is absolutely atrocious to navigate, it feels like it was such an afterthought. I want to rate this program higher for existing, but they don't even really offer that "healthy" of options anyway, so that's another star off. I'm just...disappointed.

Healthy Benefits App is the worse

Healthy Benefits App is the worse I have ever had to deal with - My facial recognition stopped working - couldn't login with my password or email saying one or the other wasn't known - I reregistered to no avail - bottom line - I think Humana does this intentionally so that we can't spend the money we get on the flex cards - this was the most frustrating experience ever and when I called customer service - the ladies i spoke to could not offer a working solution for me to get into the app or even shop online so all in all if I could I would give this review a negative 100 - I was a member of Aetna last year and never had this problem shopping with my flex card - shame on you Humana and Healthy Benefits for making this a horrible experience for your customers

Terrible P.O.S. app that never works! You have to really try to code and run software this bad. Login is complete security theater. Isn't worth the space it takes on my phone!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. The first time I got somebody in India who I could not understand at all. Just now I slammed down the phone and had to de-stress from dealing with a stupid CSR who couldn't get the address right after I repeated it a dozen times. And the connection was scratchy and I had some difficulty understanding him on top of my old age hearing loss but better than talking to India. It almost seems that they get paid for how long they keep a caller on the phone. Long pauses of silence and I kept asking, "are you still there?" And the address thing went on and on. Now I have to wait over a week for a new card and after reading the reviews here I can expect to deal with log in and other problems.

One of the worst apps ever.

I didn't think they could make this app even worse. But they did it. Updated again. It went from it taking about 5 minutes just to get the app to let me log in, to 15 minutes. Great job, y'all. Just about the worst and most useless app I've ever been forced to use.
