Brilliant, well priced hearing aids and fantastic customer service
I have been incredibly impressed with my experience at Hearing Choice. Firstly, and most importantly, my hearing aids have greatly improved my quality of life and are far superior to previous models I have used (I have been a hearing aid user for 20+ years). The most amazing part has been speaking on the phone – I previously struggled enormously to hear most people, but now I can hear practically every word without straining.
These hearing aids were extremely competitively priced – I had previously been offered the exact models for a price over 60% more expensive at a High Street vendor.
It was incredibly convenient having a consultant come out to my home at flexible hours. I work fulltime and previously found it difficult to factor in time to travel across London for consultations. More importantly, this also provided a natural environment where I could immediately gauge how well the hearing aids were working for me – by talking to my husband and watching a bit of TV during the appointment!
In terms of customer service, Hearing Choice have been truly excellent. My initial enquiry was immediately responded to and an appointment booked in for just a few days later. Andrew, my consultant, is both highly professional and extremely personable. He explained everything thoroughly, made me feel very comfortable, and has been extremely helpful and flexible about making any necessary adjustments to my hearing aids.
I couldn’t recommend Andrew and Hearing Choice enough.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Andrew Haine visited me three times in all: once to assess me, once to fit the aids and a further time to check that everything was going well. I felt completely confident in his abilities and that I was getting the right product for me.
