The biggest thieves on gambling…
The biggest thieves on gambling platforms, they just take your money, empty spins after empty spins, bonus are just paying pennies,
As a customer on heart bingo for so many years this is the worse it ever been
I did escalate this to the gambling industry as my dad is a gambling auditor, so this site will definitely be investigated as is far to many complaints lately on the way they have been operating, clearly is something going on here, they are fixing the games results, as I do have a video showing that well before you do a spin on the bottom corner where your balance available shows it already changes to the amount you will be wining well before you do a spin , if you play here keep an eye open at it and record it as it is more than evidence that they are fixing the games results

Definately feels like a scam
Definately feels like a scam. I have withdrawn over £600 yesterday and nothing recieved. Spoke with their bots at customer service and they say i have to wait 3 working days??? took them less than 3 seconds to take the money from me. spent over an hour trying to contact them. I don't think they will pay out; there are very bad reviews everywhere.

Dodgy practices
Signed up using the deposit £10 get £60, the second i created the account I got a message saying i was not eligible for promotions. Contacted support and apparently "I'm not eligible for promotions on any of their brands: Parimatch UK, BetVictor, WizSlots, Betano UK, talkSPORT BET and Smooth Spins". Not sure why as I have never used any of the above... definitely won't be using them now. Asked support to delete my account and personal details. They need to keep it in line with regulator.. completely fair. However when i asked for specifics of what personal data they are keeping and for what reason, they gave the same generic response "in line with regulator" about 3 times... gave up trying in the end. Stick to the more well known companies.
