I play a lot of slots over a number of sites. There is something absolutely not right about sun bingo slots. Like so many others i have never played and lost continuously on these slots. Ive been playing slots regularly for 5 years and while i accept slow phases on particular slots ive never seen it quite like those at sun bingo. Something is definitely afoot!!!

It's told me 10 day approval show my withdrawal after it's told me 10 day more receive my withdrawal

Been playing with sun bingo for years. Never had a problem with withdrawals always hit my account within a hour or so. Yesterday I won a nice amount and waited patiently for 24hours. Have now been told got to wait back from payment team could be an extra 24hours to see what the hold up is.
It’s still saying waiting on account for payment not happy the conversation is like banging my head against a brick wall

Thought i would share my experience as there are si many bad reviews but my experience was 👏.
From £10 I managed to get my balance up2 over £900....i then withdrew £900 and waited for sun bingo to process my withdrawal, I thought id have to wait awhile for the funds to go into my bank or that id have hoops to jump through to get them to release the funds( due to all the bad reviews I read on here) but not even an hour later I got an email to say they had processed my withdrawal.
Rang my bank and the money was in so 10/10 from me xx

Had a couple of winners on the slots increased stake not even a feature as soon as i dropped to a lower stake had a small win as soon as i increased again nothing & this tells me its completly fixed. Dont use this place absolute rip off.

Ok, so I have been on this site YEARS! Play slots because I never win on bingo.. EVERY SINGLE WEEK I put in the maximum amount - set by sun bingo at £250 a week….. All the new updates regarding promotions are horrible, they have removed free bingo, and reduced the weekly rewards from 10 spins to just 5 spins.

I won a free bingo session 4 days ago it was never credited to my account, contacting support on chat who didn't even resolve it and ended the chat after been told to wait for 20 mins after attempting to contact live support They was 17 people waiting so i sent a email instead, they responded 4 days later and basically blamed me for not contacting them 4 days ago which i did, but that's not surprising i think they are told to blame the customers when issues happen especially around promotions noticed they always ask for a screenshot? Literally every time a issue happens they ask for a screenshot, they have always done this so its clearly something they are told to do, how many times has a issue occured regarding promotions and they never resolve it?

They have completely ruined Sunbingo now, no free bingo, reduced the promotions, even give you less spins on a Friday.
Are they backwards? What do they now offer that would make someone chose them over other sites.

Plus the slots are appalling, and when I've been depositing £10 the next day ive not had the bigger prize wheel active, support don't do anything and emails take 4 days to be responded to not 24 hours, the promotions are now dire and not worth it, the slots have poor RTN and poor customer support all around, im done playing on here there better, alot better sites out there, even there sister site Vegas is the pits and one of the worst casino sites on the market.
