Very pleased with our installation from Heat Geek. The initial survey to establish our requirements was carried out and we were confident the system we would be getting was designed properly. The disruption during the installation was kept to a minimum and we were kept informed of the process every step of the way. Ben and his team at Revolution did a great job and we are very happy with the outcome. We would have no problem recommending Heat Geek and Revolution to anyone thinking of having a Heat Pump

First rate from start to finish. The home survey was thorough and took account of the specific issues with our 1950s detached house in terms of heating every room and the siting of the heat pump. What could have been a daunting upgrade from a gas boiler was made almost completely pain-free. Heat Geek took care of all the admin including the DNO and BUS grant applications. I felt supported and, importantly, listened to at every stage. The installation itself was carried out on schedule with care, attention to detail and total professionalism. Communication with both our local installer and Heat Geek was excellent with the entire project completed to the highest standard on time and on budget. How often can you say that?

Very happy overall. It would have been perfect if SL Energy had an option to also install the necessary covering/boxing/truncking.

Heat geek were easy to use, with clear steps from booking the survey, to arranging installation, I am very pleased with the service we had and would recommend if you are looking to get a heat pump installed. Others might be cheaper, but the guarantee of the efficiency is unique and the work they expect from their installers is very detailed to ensure that they can meet their guarantee.

Very well organised & professional service from Heat Geek, from the initial heat pump consultation from their recommended local Heat Geek qualified installer, to the detailed central admin required to complete the job. The online system is very efficient at providing the quote and following up with the required documentation available quickly & easily. The online information videos enable you to absorb as much detail as you want, prior to making your decision on how to proceed.

Service from Heat Geek was smooth and efficient from beginning to end. Each stage was dealt with speedily and following installation all documentation was provided immediately.

The installation from Renew Heat was superb. Both Kenny and Tommy were very pleasant to deal with and are obviously skilled professionals. They did the job quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard despite having to work through one of this summer's heatwaves. I would recommend them for and install without question.

Heat Geek were very efficient in handling documentation, grant application, and equipment delivery

Almost all of what Heat Geek and their installer has been excellent. The hot water tank in the kitchen has too much ugly visible pipework Lloyd ought to have warned us. Performance so far is close the the guaranteed 3.85 COP and the house has a lovely cosy warmth.

we are yet to use the system as we are are still in the warmer months and use solar for hot water.
overall very satisfied with the service provided by heat geeks from the first enquiry to final commissioning took approximately 5 months but that was more to do with the installers work load . I felt that the process went smoothly and I was kept well informed of where we were in the procedure.

We had a wonderful experience with Lewis and Dean, from the initial discussion and follow-up survey, to the week of installation. Lewis explained the process, answered our queries, I had a lot, patiently and politely. The installation went smoothly and they cleared their rubbish daily. I can't fault them.

Good communication and aftercare

From the initial contact, we were impressed by Gregg Lawson for his politeness, professionalism, attention to detail and enthusiasm for the product, and for the back-up administration, warranty and efficiency guarantee provided by Heat Geek. Everything was carefully explained and the installation went smoothly. We were informed about each step and consulted when necessary and although the installation took nearly two weeks (including a Bank Holiday week-end), we were without heat for a short time. We were pleasantly surprised that there was so little disruption generally and when the new and replacement radiators were installed Gregg and his assistant cleared up very well. We had and excellent session at the end to explain the system and use of the app controls and Gregg was very patient with our questions. Thank you, Gregg and Heat Geek - you are highly recommended.

Matt our Exeter based Heat Geeks installer was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the whole process of fitting and commissioning the system. The Heat Geeks were also very supportive throughout the whole process especially around reapplying for the BUS grant as we had to delay the installation.

I have been impressed by the members of the team responsible for the whole installation and their range of skills, not confined to plumbing. I was particularly pleased to find that one of them was and apprentice showing the determination to ensure the firm could better cope with what I understand is a growing demand for heat pumps. They were all pleasant and informative and obviously take a pride in their work. The installation is almost a work of art to look at. The work took place during one of the heat waves which limited the balancing of radiators but this will be dealt with later. Meanwhile the heat pump provides hot water at a greater pressure than the former gravity feed, particularly at the shower.
The communication and documentation could not be faulted. As an aside the many You Tube videos were of considerable value in understanding the system and what is involved in an installation.

We were very impressed with the Rickman team from start to finish. Fred Rickman himself carried out the survey and made sure that everything was correct. His team of specialist plumbers and electricians were brilliant. Friendly, tidy, nothing too much trouble, punctual and very knowledgeable. The system has now been operating for four months giving plenty of how water and we are delighted with it. We'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone living in or near Bristol.
