On 30th August 19:45 I booked with your service expecting efficient and professional valet parking. Instead, the experience was extremely poor:
Unreasonable Delay – Despite being asked to first collect our luggage (so your team would not need to wait for us), we were then left waiting over 1h for our car to be returned. 7 times I called this guy (see screenshot)
Unprofessional Conduct – I personally witnessed one of your drivers damage another client’s car while parking and then simply drive away without acknowledging the incident. This is deeply concerning. Car being damaged reg number: BD18CZX white Mercedes. The person who damaged the car drive away cowardly. He was one of the staff in yellow high vis.
Poor Communication – Whoever was on duty handling customer calls on 30th August was disorganised, unhelpful, and frankly incompetent in managing the situation with poor level of English one could barely understand. This individual not only failed to provide updates but displayed no customer care or accountability. I believe such behaviour is unfit for someone in a customer-facing role. I had to call him 5-6 times. This is the number: I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced with your company at Heathrow Airport Car Park (Level 4).
Please treat this as a formal complaint. I expect a full written response within 14 days, failing which I will escalate this matter to Heathrow Airport’s car park regulators and, if necessary, Trading Standards.

I booked through Compare Your Parking with Heathrow Premium Parking which ACTUALLY turned out to be Best Heathrow Parking bestheathrowmeetandgreetparking dot co dot uk
. I can't adequately say how bad they are. We got off the flight, called from the baggage terminal to be told it would be half an hour, not the ten minutes it's supposed to be. That turned into well over an hour of crap excuse after crap excuse and Ahmed finally stopped answering the phone. We ended up with one of us taking a taxi home at a cost of hundreds because we couldn't keep the toddler waiting. Avoid them like the plague.
Do not use falcon parking
Do not use falcon parking. Late for meeting and returning. Scratched car. Parking fines received as they illegally park customers cars.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! *PREMIUM PARKING*
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! *PREMIUM PARKING*
Where do I even start! As advised I called the company 30 mins before arrival, they told
me to go to T3 short stay car park and a driver would meet me there. I got there a little over 30 mins due to traffic and no driver was there to meet me. I called several times, no answer. Eventually the guy picked up and just said they’re busy and to wait, I called back and he continually hung up on me. This went on for 1 hour 30 minutes!!! I was so close to missing my flight and he didn’t have a care In the world. To top it off when the driver gets there he tells me I need to pay for the ticket I got as I entered the car park - this is not covered as part of your price you pay for the parking, and is £7.50 every half hour - paid best part of 20quid for the ticket.
Return was just as shambolic. Over an hour from when I called to when I got the car. Again having to cover the cost of the ticket £7.50 this time only as I was obviously there waiting so drove it away within 30mins.
The centralised number to ring is a mobile
Number and who ever operates it is nothing short of completely usesless.
Awful experience - please do not use!!!

FALCON PARKING/VIPPARKINGMEETANDGREET//PARKATHEATHROW/
Parked with this outfit last month. Drop off was fine if a little slow. On arrival back at T5, it took myself, 3 other family members and another family trying to get their car back, well over 200 calls from different numbers over an hour period, to even get a response. We were told to expect our car 20 mins later. Another hour passed before we could get through to anyone again to be informed after several calls (they kept hanging up) that our car had been stolen from The Holiday Inn car park , given a call reference number for the police and told to get the train home at our own expense. Since speaking to the police, we have ascertained that neither story (one on phone, a different one by email) we had been given was accurate. The company I booked with and had email confirmation from was known as Falcon Parking but on the comparison website I booked through, my booking was recorded under the name VIP parking meet and greet Heathrow, they are now trading under a different name again which links to Falcon parking through Companies House. The company would not responded to requests for further details of location (the cctv protected compound I had paid for!) /timings (roughly) of the theft when we asked and refused to engage with our insurance company. Our car has since been recovered after being spotted by police parked virtually on the pavement in a residential area which the police advised is well known to them as an area where cars are often left by less than honest ‘secure parking’ companies. Police investigation ongoing and Trading standards aware. Please do not waste your money or risk your property with these unscrupulous dishonest people.
Stay away from Heathrow parking!!!!!!
We use official Gatwick parking constantly and never had an issue. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used official Heathrow Parking and up to this point we knew it was not as good but agreed to persevere.
This time, 2nd valet experience, when we returned we found a dent above the fuel filler cap, which was not a door opening against but a large dent. The car was filthy and the back seat had been moved about. It looked like someone had been sleeping in the car. We raised the points straight away and photographed the evidence. We were then told to email with our complaint. The reply came back that the car had never left short stay and therefore due to their terms they were not liable. Sent another email asking for video footage and got the same response and that they could not give out the video footage. This is obviously a cover up and staff are driving the cars around and by the looks of it sleeping in them. Be warned don't use the official Heathrow Parking. Its a disgrace and they need to sort it out.

Sliced a hole in my footwell
Writing again, because you won’t even believe this shit show.
As stated in my first review, late, car was filthy, dent in driver door, scratched passenger door, and a large scratch from the back wheel arch to the front (driver side)…. Today we have discovered when pulling the passenger seat back - the carpet and flooring under the seat has been cut (with a blade) and emptied - my guess is to store drugs!!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS ‘COMPANY’ - it’s not a company it’s a bunch of scammers!
Falcon Parking and Compare Your Parking
Falcon Parking and Compare Your Parking
Complaint about Parking at Heathrow Terminal 5
I booked meet and greet parking at Heathrow T5 through a website called Compare Your Parking, from June9th to June 19th.
The confirmation of the booking came and named the parking provider as Falcon Parking.
On June 9th I parked as requested in the short stay car park and waited to hand the car over. After about 15 minutes somebody, spoke to me by name and took the car.
When returned, I called the number provided once we had collected luggage and were told that the car would be with us in bout 20 minutes. We collected our luggage and went to the pick up point.
40 minutes later, having heard nothing, I called again and was assured that the car was on its way. When I complained about the delay and asked who I was speaking to the person refused and hung up.
We tried to make further calls but were not answered. I did eventually get through, about two hours of standing in the car park with a 20 month old child, and was told that the car could not be found, to get a taxi, and call in the morning.
I did this. The tube system was by this time closed so took a taxi at £120 and called the next morning. The car had been found and I had to drive to Heathrow to collect it. This was a round trip of approximately 3 hours. The person who seemed to be in charge gave his name as Raj. He said he would put in a request to the Compare Your Parking, for a full refund of the parking fees.
After 5 days I tried to contact him unsuccessfully, but was told that I had to contact Compare Your Parking directly. I did this and was told by Compare Your Parking that I had to contact the service provider (Falcon Parking).
At the time of writing (July 1st) I am still trying to contact Raj. I have included Compare Your Parking because that seems to be the only way of contacting Falcon. They are still refusing to answer the phonr
Falcon parking - 2 1/2 hour wait for my car
a 2 1/2 hour wait for my car (landed at 18h49, can arrived at 21h25) - no apology or explanation. The car was filthy - covered in tree sap. The engine management warning light was on. Car was clean and no warning light when left with them. I've complained by email and they just ignore you.
DO NOT USE FALCON / 5* PARKING
This company are disorganised, poor communicators, rude and returned my car to me filthy. On my arrival at the airport they were late to collect my car (even though I had followed their protocol of phoning in advance to confirm when I'd be arriving). Falcon / 5* Parking do not have a kiosk at the car park so you have to wait for someone to arrive and collect your car. I called a few times for an ETA. Despite many empty promises of "we'll be there in 5 minutes" during my numerous calls to them, they did not arrive in 5 minutes. On two occasions the person taking calls was very rude and actually hung up on me, even though I was very polite and merely expressed my concern about missing my flight. Eventually they arrived around 1 hour later than arranged meaning that I had to pay a higher charge for short stay parking, not to mention feeling stressed out about the potential for missing my flight. I emailed twice about reimbursement for this and expressing my frustrations with the bad service - to which I have had no response. On return home they were late returning my car by around 30 minutes, with no apology, and my car was FILTHY. Which I flagged up, saying it would be impossible to even check the car over for scratches/damage to which the driver just shrugged and said, "well it's been outside". Not only was it filthy, it was covered in huge bird droppings which have eaten into the paint work of my brand new car (literally 2 months old). AVOID 5 STAR PARKING / FALCON PARKING. IF YOU WAN'T A STRESS-FREE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR CAR TO BE LOOKED AFTER...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
This company is a total rip off
This company is a total rip off. They charge 22% cancellation charge even if you pay for the cancellation fee. Stay away from them go with a reputable meet and greet service.
Drop off fine
It would be very sensible if you add pay once you exit drop off than having to remember to pay online. But then they would not be able to charge fines if someone just forgets to pay.
Unfortunately the provider got broken…
Unfortunately the provider got broken into and the keys to many cars were stolen. Luckily our car was not stolen and extra lucky that we took a second set of car keys with us on holiday so we could get home. We had to pay £40 for a taxi to where our car was, no meet and greet service. They have offered to refund the taxi but I haven’t been through this process yet. It makes me think that the office isn’t very secure if this can happen.
Avoid Falcon Parking Ltd
Avoid Falcon Parking Ltd, long wait times, additional costs because of waiting for them to “meet and greet” at airport. They promised a refund, but have not replied to several emails.
Don’t know where they parked it, but it was covered in tree sap, bird sh*t and was generally filthy. They may be cheap, but you pay extra in the long run. My advice is to AVOID FALCON PARKING LTD!!
Avoid using Falcon Parking
Avoid using Falcon Parking, who are showing up as VIP Parking and Heathrow Parking on comparison sites. We called them over 30 mins before getting to Heathrow; we then had to wait another 40 minutes before they finally turned up to collect the car. Same thing on the return-leg - instructions were to call them when we collected luggage. We actually called as soon as we stepped off the plane. It the took close to 50 minutes until we received the car. Car itself was returned in the same state we left it in
Avoid Falcon Parking Limited at all costs
I had an appalling experience with Falcon Parking at Heathrow Terminal 5 and would never use them again.
On arrival, we were forced to pay an unexpected £11.50 parking charge because their driver was 45 minutes late collecting our car. The person who eventually showed up smelt strongly of body odour, which made an already frustrating situation even worse.
On our return, things got even worse. We waited one and a half hours for the car to be brought back. During that time, we received calls from two different numbers giving completely different estimated arrival times. For over an hour, they kept telling us it was just ten minutes away. Eventually, someone from their office admitted the driver was messing us about. When the car finally arrived, the driver’s seat felt sweaty and the driver again had a strong body odour. When I asked what had caused the delay, he simply said he didn’t know, even though their parking site is apparently only three and a half miles from Terminal 5. He was rude, dismissive and even laughed when I mentioned that no one was replying to my complaint emails.
I first emailed Falcon Parking on 21 May, followed up on 22 May, and have chased them several times over a two week period. I have not received a single response. The complete lack of customer service is shocking.
The only reason it is deserving of 1 star is the fact the car was eventually delivered...
Avoid this company at all costs. The service was stressful, unprofessional and felt like they just did not care.
Got a parking ticket
I used Compare the Parking which used Premium Travels for terminal 5 parking Meet and Greet. I followed the instructions given, parked and paid for the ticket, left my car with the handler. I’ve now received a parking ticket and the company refusing to give their physical address required for the appeal
They're an hr late
They're an hr late, and the both way parking tickets are not included. Ended up paying a fortune. Might as well just pay heathrow parking directly
