This is because we use a third party warehouse so it can take a bit longer for us to get this processed. Extremely Poor Customer Service
I ordered a pair of sandals from Heavenly Feet which were supposedly dispatched, but two weeks later they have never arrived. The tracking number provided was not recognised, and after repeatedly chasing the company I was eventually told there had been a “technical issue” at their third-party warehouse which resulted in some orders not being delivered.
I was told I would receive a full refund and to allow 3–5 working days once the refund had been processed, but frustratingly they did not actually confirm whether or when my refund had been processed. I have now had to contact them yet again simply to establish when my money was refunded.
Two weeks after placing an order, I have no shoes and, as of today, no refund in my account. The amount of chasing I have had to do for what should have been a straightforward online purchase is completely unacceptable. I certainly would not order from Heavenly Feet again based on this experience. Today, I specifically requested confirmation of the refund processing date and received only an automated response saying replies can take another 24–48 hours.
**Update*** Refund wasn’t actioned until after this review was posted and advised I have to wait a further 3 to 5 days for it to reach my account.
**Update 18/08/26** Email received this morning stating refund processed and may take a further 10 days to reach my account. The sandals may have cost £14.98 but after years of being a loyal customer, I have found the whole experience very disappointing. Customer service and time for processing refunds needs to be improved.

Pretty, great value, supportive sandals
I bought two pairs of sandals recently in the sale as I had an old pair which had been very comfortable. The new sandals are also extremely comfortable with decent soles & support for foot arches. With sale prices the shoes were extremely cheap, though their designs are very pretty and several.people have commented on them. The only slight drawback was a delivery one as they took longer to arrive than I expected.

Best boots ever!
I bought a pair of Heavenly Feet boots last year on recommendation of my sister. Best boots I've ever bought. I have a Morton's Neuroma on my left foot but can walk for miles in my Heavenly Feet with no pain. The new burgundy and khaki boots just delivered are gorgeous. The khaki ones are a gift for my sister for introducing me to them. Will definitely be buying more. 100% recommend.
