Hedges Hedges' Cherry Laurel arrived in pristine condition and on time yesterday. It is now in the ground and I would like to compliment Hedges Hedges' team on the wonderful service they provided. AI, without doubt, has its place in the rapidly changing world we are moving into, however, Hedges Hedges' ability to continue to be both competitive and able to offer a personal service is impressive.
I am an avid gardener and can honestly say that the quality of the plants and service they offer are amongst the best I have experienced in over 50 years.

Very, very many thanks for the laurel plants.
Brilliant – they arrived mid-morning (Friday) and were carefully offloaded, once we got organised began digging holes for them.
Your bonemeal + compost was a happy surprise, but we added more bonemeal and planted them in with extra mushroom compost after we had soaked the pots.

Great customer service and products
Great customer service, great products and have already recommended to neighbours that have placed an order. Georgina in the office was particularly helpful when I was being difficult, which says a lot about their level of service 😊

The bushes were the size shown on their website. Delivered on day that I chose. Plants healthy & in very good
condition. On cost, £30 cheaper than our local Garden Centre.

Good price, poor service, but good reaction to complaint on this site.
Order delivered late - fine, but only found out when I phoned on the day it was due. No compost delivered with order. 2 emails unanswered. 2 x phone calls unanswered (a repeated message claiming unexpected staff shortages). Driver left logs strapped to a big pallet which I must now dispose of (painted so can't burn). Managed to leave a voice message - no callback. Left delivery instructions for the driver as I was out on revised date - they were ignored/not passed on to him.
Update: Since posting this review, the company got in touch with me, apologised and rapidly provided the compost and removed the pallet. I have upgraded to 3 stars to reflect this change.
