Very impressed with this company.
The bushes were the size shown on their website. Delivered on day that I chose. Plants healthy & in very good
condition. On cost, £30 cheaper than our local Garden Centre.

Order delivered late - fine, but only found out when I phoned on the day it was due. No compost delivered with order. 2 emails unanswered. 2 x phone calls unanswered (a repeated message claiming unexpected staff shortages). Driver left logs strapped to a big pallet which I must now dispose of (painted so can't burn). Managed to leave a voice message - no callback. Left delivery instructions for the driver as I was out on revised date - they were ignored/not passed on to him.

Update: Since posting this review, the company got in touch with me, apologised and rapidly provided the compost and removed the pallet. I have upgraded to 3 stars to reflect this change.

Good customer service. My shrubs were as advertised and arrived well packed and heathy.

Excellent service from start to finish. The plants arrived exactly as described, were well packaged and looked incredibly healthy. I missed the original delivery slot, but hedgeshedges even rang me and rearranged delivery on my behalf, which was much appreciated. First-class customer service and quality plants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My plants were 2days late and vey dry when I got them. Also they were bent over in the box with one plant on top of the other

The laurels ordered arrived very quickly. They were in excellent condition and very healthy. There was very good communication and Hedged Hedges obviously care about their plants and their customers. Would highly recommend them.

Company doesn't have anywhere near enough reviews which made me question whether it was too good to be true.
Our tree arrived yesterday in great condition with compost and bone meal to plant with which was a bonus. We have been kept informed and had updates right from the date we placed our order and it arrived on the requested delivery date, the driver calling me an hour before to confirm.
Genuinely a great experience and I have recommended hedges hedges to a couple of people already.

Fantastic! Ordered a standard Photinia on a Friday, delivered on Tuesday. Extremely well and securely packaged. Fabulous plant in tip top condition - even bigger and better than the equivalent at a local prestigious garden centre, at a third less of the price - even when taking into account the cost of delivery. Beautiful lush leaves with plenty of new growth on a strong trunk. Delivery was smooth and efficient too.
Highly, highly recommend Hedges Hedges. I wish them well earned success - the quality is outstanding and I’m genuinely thrilled with my purchase. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I have ordered trees from else where and even though the height were ok, there was never any bushyness, but with the trees I ordered off Hedges I had instant privacy would highly recommend and I will order off them again x
