Excellent service, I made my initial enquiry for some Cherry Laurel plants, and I found the 1st response so helpful, so I decided to order them from this supplier, I was able to choose my delivery date with a breeze. The hedges arrived in fantastic condition, and the delivery driver was really helpful and wheeled them down to my gate for me.
For a family run business this is far the best, great customer service and reassuring service. one happy customer !

I placed my order online and requested delivery on 9th March. The confirmation didn't show my preferred delivery date so I emailed just to check and Georgina got back to me promptly and confirmed that my order would arrive on the delivery date requested. Great service but when the plants arrived unfortunately there was roadworks which made access to my street difficult but the driver actually used a trolley to bring the cage of plants to my address from the main road, very impressed with this level of commitment to deliver on time. The plants were sized as indicated and very healthy and bushy, absolutely perfect for the space the landscapers planted them in the following day. I have no hesitation in recommending Hedges Hedges on ease of ordering, customer service, delivery and plant health.

Everything was completed with efficiency and communication was great from beginning to end of job. Would highly recommend .

This is the second time we have bought hedging plants and these lived up to expectations. Great quality, large bushes ideal for instant screening. Very well priced for the size they are. We would definitely recommend Tav Gardens, and have done so already!

I have bought 7ft -8ft laurels from Hedges Hedges and was worried that they might not be as tall. However when they arrived I was over the moon as they were not only a good 8ft but were really healthy with dark lush leaves. Fantastic service from start to finish. Great price in comparison to others I had researched. Travis helped me select the best trees for screening and also flowering versions for my bees in spring. I chose installation as an add on and Travis and his colleague worked so hard. The trees look great, already providing screening, a mixture of laurels.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish, The plants were great quality and at the size and width as advertised, unlike other sites id used.
I was kept up to date on the delivery times and it was very easy to contact them if I had any questions.

Lovely healthy looking cherry laurels. Quick delivery. Excellent advice from a lovely sales gentleman on how to look after them in the freezing cold weather as 2 weeks after I planted them the weather turned very cold and I was worried they were going to
die. So hopefully when the weather warms up they will perk up again. I would certainly
recommend this company.

I purchased trees from this company which were represented as being 7ft+ in height. On delivery, a significant number were materially shorter, measuring closer to approximately 5ft, and therefore not as described at the point of sale.

Within two weeks of planting, several of the trees began to turn brown and decline, despite being planted and maintained correctly. These concerns were raised promptly and in good faith.

Rather than engaging constructively or carrying out a reasonable site inspection (which I expressly offered), the company dismissed the concerns, made unfounded allegations regarding the authenticity of photographic evidence, and withdrew the guarantee without any physical assessment of the trees.

In my opinion, the manner in which this matter has been handled gives rise to serious concerns regarding misrepresentation and after-sales practices. As a result, I will be referring this matter to Trading Standards for review.

Based on my experience, I feel that I have been misled, and I would not instruct this company again nor recommend them to others.

Their personal service and good manners are second to none, and I can only recommend their services. They can find any plant you need and they will deliver without an issue or delays.
Totally happy with tav gardens and I wish them the best. They deserve it.
