Hi there. You placed your order at 9:14 AM and it shipped the same day, 4 hours later. I can see on UPS that your package is currently marked "Delayed" — unfortunately this is out of our control once it's with the carrier. We apologize for the inconvenience; carriers do occasionally run into delays.

I ordered this pet accidentally thought it was a different variation. It has been a complete nightmare trying to return it supposedly a 60-day refund hassle free I'm out almost 20 bucks trying to send it back to them and just having to jump through hoops and having so many headaches. Never again . We will see how the rest of the return/ refund goes. I'll keep everyone posted. Have a great day!

Hi there. Our refund policy is simple. You’ll have to cover return shipping costs. We simply asked you to send us a picture of the current status of the product. (We can’t approve opened returns).
Have a good day!
