Not good communication
After explaining to the Dr. about my lack of insurance to cover medication and asking for advice on other affordable options she told me to check with my insurance and see what they covered.
Basically like she did not read what I had already written to her.

My doctor usually gets back to me right away. My only complaint is my monthly fee went up from 49 to 64. I am not making more money and I don't know why it had to go up with out much notice.

An error was made in my membership renewal price and was corrected right away once I emailed Fawn in member services. She also kept me updated through the process. Very efficient!

It's a waste of money
It's a waste of money. Especiallly if you have any pre-existing conditions, they will just tell you to go see a doctor in person which defeats the whole purpose of the service.

Loved hello alpha last year but not anymore
I used hello alpha last year and loved it. $20 extra a month from the last time I used it being at $65 now. I was also charged $20 extra for a separate visit so a total of $85 this month and haven’t received any help. My doctor has been off for a week of my month subscription. If you can choose to switch doctors or pick one you want this website would be so much better instead of being assigned one that might not help you.
