Company would not get pre authorization from doctor so that the meds would be covered by insurance.

Subscribe for unrealistic "treatment"
They only prescribe $1000 name brand medication that insurance won't cover and have nationwide shortages, they are unwilling to prescribe any of the widely available generics. Also never spoke with a doctor, all done through online forms up through prescription and all.

Both providers who a talked to did not…
Both providers who a talked to did not listen my experience with the medication and started my treatment like I never did because of that and will lose money and time to get the medication right the one which will work on my boby

Can’t get medication
Can’t get medication. A friend who has the same insurance as I do, and she had a lower BMI to start with was able to get epic but not me. My A1C is 5.6 my BMI over 35 but I was denied. Fing scam

Not helpful
I received an email instructing me to start tracking my food, but it provided no guidance or direction. When I followed up for more information, the response was still vague, only reiterating to track my food without making any changes. For someone eager to begin their weight loss journey, spending 30 days just recording food intake without any further advice or action plan feels unproductive and like a waste of money.

The Dr refused to prescribe an…
The Dr refused to prescribe an antibiotic and/or steroid for my sinus infection. The next day I went to my PCP and was prescribed both of these so I wasted a copay with you all and was sick longer than I could have been has your Dr prescribed them. I had a severe sinus headache, congestion and was really sick. I would like a refund for my copay.
