This underwear is literally THE most comfortable I've ever owned. The quality is great, the design well thought out and they look and feel great BUT...whats set this company apart for me is the excellent customer service. A company I am happy to support. Well done Hello Bloke!

Absolutely terrible product. Way smaller than the website suggested, and the legs are far too short to prevent chafing. The quality is very poor, with ragged edges on all of the hems. Avoid like the plague - cheap Chinese product purporting to be something better.

Dealing with Hellobloke has been an excellent experience. Customer service have been very professional and supportive. My order arrived timely. Would order from them again.

Everything looked good and based in UK, how wrong. Sent from China, took ages to arrive- absolutely shockingly bad product, nothing like the website. Tags cut out of product too which looks suspicious. Offered 20% not to return, asked for 30 but then this required to give a 5star review- not happening, Took 20% and learned a sorry lesson

Awful product and if you try to return for refund you have to pay the postage and send them back to China. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Excellent underwear, great quality and quickly received. Kind, helpful and attentive staff who are quick and efficient with any issues, returns, replacements etc.
Will definitely buy again and recommend to others.

I waited 2 weeks for these to arrive in the UK because what is hidden when ordering is that they come from China. The product itself looks NOTHING like the Facebook ads. The waist band is much thinner, it is a washed out colour, not bright and clean like the adverts. Worst is the pouch. Rather than sculpted like in the adverts image, it is literally just a rectangle of material. No support whatsoever. Cheaply made, deceitful advertising.

Delivery was chaotic, and for this reason, coupled with some terrible reviews I probably wouldn’t order again. Took over a week to arrive, notes suggesting airports, a port and customs, I’ve no idea where they came from, USA/China ? unlikely London. By which stage I’d read reviews and expectation was rock bottom m. They were delivered out of the blue. Saying all that I quite like the 3 different styles I ordered. They’re certainly the lightest underwear I own, they’re airy and my medium fit is fairly accurate, what they lose in snugness perhaps they gain in comfort, I’ve yet to wear for a day. Front ‘pouch’ less pronounced than I had expected, not really a pouch at all. If I saw them in a shop I’d like to try a smaller size. Overall I’m pleasantly satisfied. Company needs to address their terrible Review profile.

Very disappointed. Nothing like the image. Don’t bother buying, they won’t accept returns unless the items are damaged.

An efficient service provided, with good quality products.

Chinese scammers. Ordered medium based on their size guide but the ones that came were tiny. When I measured them, they had sent XS. Contacted them and they said they would send replacements if I paid the postage but they never said how much this was and are now ignoring emails. Wish I had read the reviews first.

I bought two packs of medium under wear, getting the buy three get three free offer.

Tracking on the shipping was odd as it was coming all the way from China. When the first order arrived they clearly were not mediums as they measured 40 inches across. According to Hello Blokes website a medium is around 30-32 inches waist, which is standard.So by their own size chart what they sent was an XXL.

After a confusing email exchange and having to send photographic evidence they offered to send me a new batch of I paid shipping! Despite the acknowledgment that they messed up.

Finally they relented and sent a replacement order, only for it to arrive and be XXL sizes again.

I went through the same rigmarole of emails again but this time just asking for refund. They aren’t doing so. I’ve raised a payment dispute with my bank.

This company is clearly a Chinese scam. Avoid.

Rubbish Quality and dont read belueve the reviews on their website. The underwear dies not have a luxury feel and dies nithing to enha ce your shape Dont waste your money like I did. Theyre goingnin the bin worst £20 ive spent

I ordered XL, they sent me small
No answer about getting this resolved.

Facebook advert for some boxers. Looks ok. Ordered several weeks ago and no sign of tracking info being updated. Chased several times and just excuses like tracking info had not been updated. Then the package had been lost. Now it's being dispatched. So many red flags like the contact info email addresses not matching etc. Scam company do not use

Dreadful experience.
Took weeks to arrive.
4 pairs were the same size but too small.
The remaining 2 pairs were smaller than the rest. None of them had size labels in them.
Would not give a full refund, kept asking for photographs against a tape measure.
Eventually offered a 10% refund.

Under no circumstances deal with this company. You do receive your goods; however, if they are the wrong size, they do not change them even though they make a promise. The chat on the website does not respond to you and the London telephone number is invalid. They are as dodgy as they come.

Didn’t like the feel of the underwear, didn’t even try them on. Only felt by hand, contacted the company multiple times with no reply. Eventually getting a reply they wouldn’t give me a refund so had to go through my bank.

Said they were based in UK, but after paying revealed as Chinese Company, no 3 day delivery as promised. Took 10 days to arrive
Items arrived super sheer fabric, no support and sizing ridiculous. As a 34w I am m-l. These pants even though "xl" barely contained my sausage meat and are super tight in the rear. Plus quality of garments is flimsy. Steer clear.
