What went wrong better to ask what went right. they took my money, promised fast shipping 2 1/2 weeks later my product was missed delivered. Hello took no responsibility or offered to correct the issue. Instead they chose to point fingers at the substandard shipping company they chose to use. I contacted the substandard shipping company who provided me with photos stating it was delivered. However, the photo showed they delivered it to the wrong address when I brought this to their attention. They sent their sub standard driver out to recover the package, which of course was gone now and referred me back to Hello for resolution. Hello then stated that because the delivery company had stated it had been delivered even in error they could do nothing after promising them yesterday I would file a complaint with 50 Attorney General‘s in the United States for interstate commerce Fraud I finally got a reply stating they didn’t understand why I was upset. Let me see. I spent $90 with you. I have waited in excess of a month and I have yet to see one stitch of your underwear which by the way I found on Ollie express for $.90 a pair instead of $25 a pair.

Spent three days going back and forth. Ridiculous to deal with…Avoid!
Faulty product
The company does not care about customers. They have no movement in their policies they will not budge. I complained about one pair that they have come apart from the seem. Because it was past the 30 day policy they would not even consider anything beside the policy. They have only been worn a handful of times. Basically they don’t stand by their product. Will never buy anything from them again
My Refund Experience Was Actually Good
I bought on-line around $130 of Hello's mesh underwear. I then took a closer look at the mesh
design and decided I would look like a fool in that get-up. Within five minutes of ordering, I tried to call the phone listed and it was impossible. I then read the negative Tpilot reviews and figured I was screwed... BUT...then I fired off an email politely asking to kill the order. That night, not immediately, about 10 hours later, I received an email refunding the money. I checked my credit card and the refund is there. I am guessing the company is working out its kinks, trying to improve customer service despite MANY negative reviews from the past.
Today I ordered a more age-appropriate cache of underwear from Hello through Amazon. I feel safer with Amazon as a middleman. I hope I like the style, if not, feeling more confident I can return the product because I went through Amazon.

Emailing the courier and the email was bounced back and no response from Hello - I'm going straight to CC dispute process as it sounds like this company is a scam.

Bought 12 pairs and they are the worst underwear I have ever owned. Binding and uncomfortable. Do not purchase.

SCAM - Cannot refund product
Good luck connecting with anyone within their customer service department because they don’t have one.
I made a purchase, and after it arrived 1 month later from overseas, I elected for a refund. (1) I had to pay my own shipping, (2) radio silence for an additional month and (3) they finally wrote back and said they changed their refund policy and now can’t accept any refunds.
I’ll be contacting the BBB and had to reverse my charge via my CC company.
Awful Customer Service
Product was sent to wrong address. I brought this to their attention and it was resent to the same, incorrect address. Company refuses to refund my money. Sketchy business practice that I would come to expect from chinese scammers.
Put this Junk back in the Trunk
I ordered 5 pairs of the men’s med sized cooling boxer briefs. They shipped 2 med and 3 small. I tried on med and they loose elasticity in 5 min. I contacted the company on messenger and they said so sorry we will not be sending you new ones. Why? Return policy and we ignored you long enough to be outside. 30 day return policy. Do NoT buy these!!! Put this Junk back in the trunk!
Trash product and trash company
Trash product and trash company. I spent $70 or so on 8 pairs. The four mesh are okay, but the four regular pairs are unwearable after about an hour. They lose the elasticity as soon as you put them on and probably need to be thrown out after one wear. I expressed my negative experience with customer service and was told to pound sand. The website is flashy, but the packaging looks like someone is mailing them out from their house/apartment. Hand-written labels, messy tape, etc. My guess is that they take orders on their home computer, wait and place one large order to the manufacturer in Vietnam, and when it arrives at their house in CA, they sort it, repackage it, and send it out USPS. It took right at a month to get the order. Interesting experience, but probably need to stick to CK or a legit product.
Absolutely unwearable
Absolutely unwearable. The tag is right in the crease between thigh and hip, constant itching and irritation. Serious design flaw. Cannot be removed without cutting the stitches. I have $70 of useless underwear. They will not accept returns or refund money if package is opened, but that’s the only way of knowing the tag was an issue. Took more than four requests to reach anyone from customer support.
Also sizing is too small, no front fly, and very short on legs. I’m guessing they write their own reviews.
Terrible product
Terrible product. Don't believe the ad. I purchased 9 pair (3 for my husband and 6 for my sons). We opened one package. My husband hates the product.
I requested a refund of the unopened subpar products. I understand refusal of return for used products but I have 8 pair of unopened underwear. This company falls back on a policy of "we care for hygiene too much to accept returns of our piece of crap product".
Save your money. Buy any other brand of underwear.

Sizing is miles off. Usually I’m a 34 waist which I what I ordered and looks more like a 24…. Contacted them to return the items they said they would send me a replacement. 4 weeks later and I’ve heard nothing with several attempts to contact. Do not order from this company!

Shit. Avoid this company at all costs. Do not buy. Boxers are very snugg and dont fit well at all. I tried speaking to customer service, I said that I had an issue they gave me options I chose to have a refund an they just straight up stopped replying, sent further emails to the company, no reply. Waste of time & money.

Questionable Company
The products are decent, and good value, but their delivery and customer service are terrible. First order took forever but at least arrived after several weeks. Second order never arrived and they refuse to address issue or refund despite numerous attempts to contact Customer Service via chat, email and phone. Don’t trust them!
