Perfect Tool

I just love Lingo! I bought two sensors and had a good understanding of my blood glucose levels and what food makes glucose level spike and how my body reacts towards food. I am trying to lose weight, and Lingo was a great tool to help me understand my body. Today my second biosensor expired and I feel like I’d want to buy another month supply. Really recommend 👍🏻

Great service

The app is excellent and gives very useful extra information like tracking of food and exercise. The sensor is easy yo use and very easy to use the app to track blood glucose. Well worth the money to see what is happening on a daily basis to your blood glucose levels

Great app

Great app. Worked well, with just a few times when I had to pair it again with the sensor. It gave me an informative guide to how I could keep my blood glucose in balance.

Easy to use and intuitive to use data

Instructions to apply sensor straight forward. Data and analysis was great. Hints, prompts and advice spot on, not intrusive at all.
Only issue, trying to reorder throws an error on my account. Will try and reset.

Shocking customer support

Product is good. Service is Diabolical. Customer service is somehow even worse.

Contacted customer services as I was unable to renew my order. Took days to sort out. Then somehow TWO duplicate orders appear in my name and I'm billed for an additional £100 that I cannot afford.

Queue the world's slowest, maybe one email per day that rectified nothing, customer service to inform me that I had somehow placed two orders because the same email is somehow registered twice, when I didn't even get to place one order.

I'm now told that they will (eventually) issue a returns label and I'll be refunded 14 days after it has been returned.

Awful, shoddy and slow service. Go with a different company. I will not be using again.

Poor quality sensors

I purchased 2 sensors but ended up getting numerous free ones as the sensors kept failing. The success rate was 1 in 5 and caused so much frustration because I would be doing a 5 day challenge. The sensor would randomly stop then there would be a break before phoning customer service and receiving a new one. I would not recommend as the sensors are too unreliable. After many complaints to Lingo they offered no compensation or refund. Really disappointing. How can 1 work beautifully and other randomly stop after a couple of days?

Wanted to try to see what times my…

Wanted to try to see what times my levels spiked and which were the worst foods for me. Signed up for a four week trial. First two weeks were ok albeit for quite a few drop outs. After two weeks replaced the item as instructed. The replace simply would not sync. Lingo sent me a replacement and once received I put it on. Straight away it hurt. After two nights I removed it as it was making my arm throb with the pain. It infected my arm so badly that I am now on antibiotics and left with a huge Lump. Therefore not a great experience I’m afraid for me.

Taking charge of my future health

Really easy to use. Straightforward instructions and gave me great information which was useful for monitoring my blood sugar. No constant scanning either so you can see if blood sugar spiking overnight

Works fine. Just read the instructions.

I'm so glad I didn't trust the stupid AI summary and used my human brain to analyze the ratings, because many of the one-stars relate to completely different products called Lingo or are clearly people who didn't follow the instructions. I'm on my third Lingo monitor now and have had no trouble at all, everything works just fine if you follow the instructions. I use a patch as a belt-and-braces measure but haven't even come close to knocking a sensor off yet, and when I remove the sensor after three weeks that thing has a death grip on my arm and will only come off with a persistent pulling motion. Almost painless to put on, no worse than taking off a bandaid when it comes off, the app isn't at all bad, and the insights I'm getting from monitoring my glucose are astounding. I'm too near the start of this "journey" to tell you much beyond that I've already changed the way I eat and feel a whole lot better, having gone from spiking my blood glucose up to the stratosphere several times a day to keeping it under reasonable control (try the Glucose Goddess if you don't know where to start). After a month, I already feel healthier and my clothes feel looser. I was going to put myself on Mounjaro to lose weight but I may not need to...and Lingo's a lot cheaper! This definitely takes the guesswork out of my quest to go from pre-diabetic to "normal".

Simple straight forward application and…

Simple straight forward application and app. The whole process of measuring my blood glucose is automated for me and I can see the results at a glance. I now have a much clearer understanding of which foodstuffs I need to avoid.

Brilliant CGM

Brilliant CGM. I wanted to know how different foods impact my blood sugar levels and there were some Aha moments, for example sweet potatoes even when paired with healthy protein vegetables and fats cause blood sugar spikes for me, so do some Japanese dishes. Having too many pieces of fruit also spike my blood sugar levels out of the norm. It was definitely worth buying two sensors and I will I will buy more very soon. Very interesting to know how my body responds to food
