It comes off too easily

My Lingo device has changed my life and has helped me take control of my health. I decided to use this as a preventative tool to avoid acquiring diabetes one day, which runs in my family. It's allowed me to make smart choices in what I eat and I love competing against my own Lingo count and glucose levels.

The sensor helped me a LOT to understand how my glucose levels are impacted by the eating, sleeping habits. Also every time I had a little bit of issues with the sensor I will get help right away. Thank you so much, it is a game changer!!!! Since I wear the sensor, my numbers dropped a lot. I am so happy!!!!

The first two were extremely inaccurate
And second one failed 1/2 way at 6 days
They sent me two free replacements and service was great 👍 but third one failed after 5 hours one forth one now seems ok we will see but three out of 4 failing pretty much makes them useless ! I also took extreme care In placement and followed instructions to the letter

I love the app and the ability to track the blood sugars but the size of the sensor tends to get caught in my clothing or I have knocked down a few sensors due to bumping into a wall or cabinet. I wonder if the edges could be smooth down on a slope to reduce the number of items that can get caught even when being very careful, and the size of the sensor could be the same size as the libre3 sensor, that would be great. 😊

I am a type 2 diabetic who is not on insulin and wanted to monitor my blood sugar. Lingo has allowed me the ability to manage my blood sugar levels and make great food choices. My HbA1c has gone from 8.1 to 7.0

Finally--some real-time insight into why my hemoglobin A1c levels have been elevated into the prediabetic range despite my being active and of normal weight. Even in the Boston area, physicians don't address prediabetes except with the usual advice to exercise and reduce carbs--and in my case, with the admonition to "not lose weight." With Lingo I've been able to see how different foods and habits affect my glucose levels and can see the effects of modifying my choices. I have found the experience empowering. I have also been surprised and pleased with their customer support and willingness to replace a unit that stopped working prematurely.

Provided a great guide as to what, when, and how (e.g., pairing foods) to eat to minimize blood glucose spikes. Also, very useful for learning what and how to eat during endurance events such as long distance cycling. The app provides a lot of useful information and the sensors are reliable and appear to be accurate (comparing my fasting blood glucose from my annual check-up). The sensors have sufficient memory for times whens you're not near your phone.

Not very accurate when checked with finger sticks. Can vary as much as 20.

Some lingo devices are a hit and miss they don’t work.

Lingo is giving me insight into my Type II. I’ll keep my subscription.

Whilst I loved the device and during the time wearing it I ate much more healthier and was considering healthier options. The main negative was I went to purchase more and the hellolingo website is sticky, not intuitive and would not process an order. Very disappointing and still after several emails to customer support I am still unable to buy.

The support bot does not work how a bot should work - it does not provide accurate answers and there seems to be no human interaction at the other end - simply an email that turns up later in your inbox.

If you want people to buy and benefit from this you need to invest in making the www less clunky.

Very good sensor

I have now had to get replacement twice since first order July 13, 2025. 5 weeks.

Allowing me to take action real time on my condition of pre-diabetes type two is helping me reverse that and get better amazing in two weeks, but you can learn what a helpful tool

This CGM and app have really helped me monitor my blood sugar and figure out how to keep it more stable.

For 2 weeks, I could check my glucose level 24/7. That was a great experience.

The first Lingo sensor was easy to apply. The second one didn't attach well and was defective. I had to contact customer service for a replacement sensor. I found the APP at times to be user friendly but not always. It was tedious to input foods into the journal. The measurement of my glucose was always quite a bit lower than my traditional glucose meter - and that gave me a false sense of success in keeping my glucose in check. It is summertime and the temperatures in Texas are hot - if I sat outside in the sunshine the Lingo would not be accurate. There was too much fluctuation in the Lingo for me to have it a reliable source for keeping an eye on my glucose levels.

I really appreciated the feedback from the glucometer. It was very educational and learned from it.
