This is a scam. I've had money taken from my Google Pay account. This is not something I've authorised. I've raised with Google Pay as they should not have authorised this payment!

Just got a response from them, saying your ticket has been resolved. How exactly has it been resolved?
They couldn't be more lazy or scammy imo.
False parking QR code and stole our credit card details
This company obtained our details by posing as a parking QR code on a parking sign. The page appeared to be genuine parking and we inputted the details as usual to park. Upon submitting to get the parking receipt we were taken to an entertainment page. Panicking we cancelled our credit card and thought nothing of it - feeling very disappointed in ourselves for having been scammed - but nothing came off our card immediately so we didn’t think about it again. In June and July we were charged £40.59 by helpoasis.net. We didn’t realise until the third payment in August was attempted (a lesson to check our statements more thoroughly!). Even though we had changed our card as this is a subscription it continues. We have sent an email to the company requesting this subscription to be cancelled and also cancelled it via the website. It’s not classed as fraud as they didn’t obtain the details third party but it’s able for a dispute as we didn’t knowingly request to sign up or provide our details for this service. You have to cancel via the website or the payments keep getting taken. It’s such a scam, and I can’t understand why these companies are still operating when clearly their methods of gaining subscribers has to be somewhat illegal! Placing a QR code and gaining payment details via a false website? Anyway, HSBC are disputing and we have learned a powerful lesson. Absolutely no QR codes for us from now on! Good luck everyone getting your money back.
Bunch of scammers
Bunch of scammers. I am receiving emails about a free trial and that they will charge me after the trial period. Never heard of them. Never signed up with them. No idea what they even offer.

Warning
Warning: Deceptive and Unauthorized Charges
Stay away from Helpoasis. I was charged multiple times over several months without my consent or any clear signup. I never used their service, never received anything in return, and when I contacted them for a refund, they ignored my request.
Even worse, my bank initially denied my fraud dispute — it seems this company hides behind vague terms to make it look like a legitimate subscription. But make no mistake: this is a deceptive billing scam.
Please check your bank statements carefully if you've had any interaction with them, and do not trust this company with your payment details.
Beware - Fraud
Be cautious—this company appears to be fraudulent. I discovered two unauthorised charges of £29.99 from my 15-year-old daughter’s bank account. I immediately cancelled her card and reported the issue to the bank.

I don't remember enlisting this 'company' let alone giving them my bank details I came across their message in my spam box when tried to cancel I got email not recognised then I get an email telling me I was successful in cancellation be aware of the fact they somehow get a hold of your email address and bank details this company needs to be closed down by all relevant authorities with immediate effect,if they try to take money out of my account I will not hesitate to bring criminal charges to stop this happening again.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Never heard of them yet took £29.99 from my bank account. My bank picked it up in February and blocked it but looking back they had taken the same amount in January which I had not noticed. Scary how these companys can go under the radar and do this. Only reason this review shows 1 star is because you have to at least put one to write the review. This is more a warning to check your bank accounts as this is not a company that you approach they just somehow get your bank details. I trust the fraud organisations are dealing with this company.
It's a scam they got hold of my bank…
It's a scam they got hold of my bank details downloading another app. When money went into my account they took out $73. I gave no permission for this. Tried ringing the number provider no answer and only an auto email response when tried that way. Told my bank they cancelled my card and will block them from my account. If the website helpoasis shows up on any of website you go to avoid them they are scammers and fraudulent. Pissed 😡 off.
Unsubscribing
Somehow Helpoasis asked for a payment and my bank declined. The bank asked me to contact the company and within 2 hours of writing an email asking for my data to be deleted Oasis wrote back and assured my I had been unsubscribed. Must at least congratulate Oasis for such a speedy reply.
This company had taken scam three payments…
This company had taken three payments out of my bank account and set up a subscription which I have immediately cancelled.
I got an email saying thanks for renewing your subscription and I could unsubscribe which I did . After arguing with my bank for two days the bank have refunded my monies and said they will pursue The company for the refund. Doubt the bank will get any further with them , but this company are scammers and need to be stopped. I used Applepay for this transaction and initially the bank stated they could do nothing as it was Applepay I have no idea what this was for ??? Said well Applepay is not safe
Be careful out there
