Remote desktop unattended works really well
I've only been using this tool a few days to help others out with computer related issues. The remote desktop works really good for me. A couple of random disconnects that only lasted a couple of seconds is about the only issue that I've seen.

So far so good! Works great, easy to set up on my other Pc´s and Server. Helps me a lot to be able to connect quickly to my personal computer or Server to manage all kind of stuff.

Very simple usage and it's very nice that there's no need for client to send his/her ID to support operator.
The remote desktop is great
The remote desktop is great, the file sharing is great. I know the unattended desktop is in beta and it works well for the most part. The only issue I have found in my testing is, when the client is running in the background and unattended desktop is enabled, it will not let a screen saver kick on nor my monitors to sleep. If I take unattended access off everything works great.

From the simplicity of the management portal, to the creation of a new access, it as been a great experience.
And the feedback from the remote side, it seems to be nice & clear to put it to work.

This is a really good product that works well. I have used many other options in an IT environment, and for a free subscription for SME's its hard to beat IMO.
Excellent app!
I used to use other similar applications, but I'll only be using HelpWire from now on. It's free, so there are no limitations (so far), so it's perfect for what I use it for. Thanks to all the devs working on it :)

I want to continue using my Win8…
I want to continue using my Win8 computer programs. I can do things very quickly on this, things that are a real struggle on the newer Windows Os's. But if my credit card company needs me to use a Win10 browser I can connect my Win8 to the Win10 computer and then access the credit card account. I can also run software that only runs in Win10, by connecting from my Win8 conputer to the Win10 computer.

Great for supporting remote family

Using this to support aging family members laptops & PCs who are less than computer savvy and live too far away. Helps me keep their OS & programs up to date and resolve issues that are simple for me but cause them a great deal of confusion.
