HelpWire has been a game-changer for my small business. Remote access software is no longer a hassle for our organization, thanks to HelpWire's user-friendly interface. The one-click connection system makes remote assistance seamless and enjoyable for both me and my clients.

HelpWire form limited testing is one of the better remote support applications, wondering if it will remain free? Seems too good to be true at the moment. Have only used in a test capacity and would probably use it from time to time to check if the connectivity remains as good as it is now if it remains good then would consider using full time. The lack of unattended access which is supposed to be coming soon will be the real test as this is really a must have for us to use it full time.

Absolutely excellent product

Absolutely excellent product, and in as much as I can tell at the moment (I've used it three times with customers so far) is completely free. I now use it instead of my paid-for licence for Teamviewer which is now subscription-only and far too expensive.

I use Helpwire for ad-hoc remote suppoert of Windows PCs, and it's really good. very simple to use - send the other end a link, which when they chick on it connects them strainght to me - no numbers and stuff, the link is customised and unique to connect them to me. It asks for their permission each time, and if they give it, I can see their screen and move/click their mouse, and type. I haven't tried file transfer yet, or admin access to the reote computer, but I believe they are possible.

And that's it - simple, easy, and straightforward. I guess It's not easy so write a remore access program that works in such an uncomplicated and apparently easy way, so well done Helpwire. I shall keep using it unless something happens (e.g. it stops being free) to stop me.

Assist Elderly Relatives

I use Help Wire to assist my wife's elderly relatives with their computer issues. They reside in FL and I was not able to assist them as much as they needed via telephone only. Help Wire provides me the ability to assist them "Hands ON" virtually. That is a welcome and phenomenal improvement! Thank You Help Wire.

Helpwire Enables Easy remote support
The install is seamless (on both Windows and Mac), and using a link to establish the connection works very well, I don't have deal with communicating complex passwords - just use the link from ME (your trusted source) and we get connected. Easy and it works very well! This is my GO-TO app now for remote support.
