Customer service is lovely, price was very reasonable. Lots to choose from.
The box did come damaged, soil/compost was spilt in the plastic packaging and a stem broke off, this was obviously done in transit and has No bearing on the Nursery. Luckily 95% of the rose bush survived. I would definitely use the nursery again.

I have only recently received my rose so can’t yet comment but it looks healthy and delivery was quick.

I looked everywhere in nurseries for years to find this spefic rose. Being able to buy plants online is a very useful option. There were a couple of small buds damaged on delivery but that could have been caused in transit. Overall, good quality of plant and good service

Healthy rose at fair price delivered promptly. Packaging was badly damaged but fortunately rose was fine.

Ordered 3 Ground roses plants. They came packed well protected. No damage to plants. Plants seem to be well established and strong. Hopefully will take well.

Henry Street Nursery is a brilliant company. Excellent service, fast delivery and very healthy roses always arrive. I bought from them last Summer, have just ordered more, and will continue to do so.

The rose was delivered promptly. It was in excelent condition and is now showing healthy new growth.

The actual product was excellent, however it took two deliveries because of the box being damaged by the courier. I felt it was unprofessional and the company Henry Street were only concerned withe the product not being damaged, unconcerned about the state of the box it was presented in.

My first rose was damaged by the couriers and did not perform well. A replacement was sent so very happy with the service I recieved.

Had to divide a multi plant order as delivery addresses were different. They still provided a discount. Orders were easy to make, timely delivered to all addresses and good quality roses. Will definitely use again.
