If he couldn't answer he went and found out. No pressure sales and after previous horrendous experiences from car dealers, my trust has been reinstated! Would definitely buy from here again and as a female, wouldn't feel I was ripped off! Darren, you're an asset to Henson!

Constant issues with my car, the dealer refused to help! Had to go to the financial ombudsman.
I bought the car in OCT 2025 and it has since gone wrong again. The RAC advised it was main battery related and would cost thousands to fix! As this was our only car and relied on for work and the kids school we have had no option but to cut our losses and get another car!
I have lost over £10 000 since purchase which is staggering!
Buyer please beware! This company will take your money but run a mile when it comes to issues.

I would like to leave some honest feedback regarding my recent experience purchasing a vehicle from your dealership.
First of all, I would like to highly praise Callum Smith. He is a very patient, friendly and responsible salesperson. He answered many of my questions carefully and always listened to my concerns with patience. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
When I first came to view the vehicle, the interior condition was honestly quite dirty and it seemed that only a basic clean had been carried out. However, after the test drive, I felt the car suited me very well and I was genuinely interested in purchasing it.
However, during my careful inspection of the vehicle, I discovered that the sunroof rubber seal had clearly deteriorated and cracked, including a visible hole in the seal itself. I immediately informed Callum Smith, who then reported the issue to his manager.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed that the manager immediately refused to replace the damaged seal. I genuinely do not understand how the dealership claims that every vehicle is carefully inspected in detail, yet such an obvious defect was still present on the car.
Callum Smith explained to me that the manager believed the seal would not cause water leakage, therefore they would not replace it. However, the seal is visibly cracked and damaged, and from a customer’s perspective, this is clearly not in proper condition.
To be honest, I feel this response was quite unreasonable and lacking in customer care. This is a large dealership, yet replacing a small rubber seal was refused simply because it was “not leaking yet.” I found this very disappointing and not very understanding towards the customer.
Despite this situation, I truly appreciate that Callum Smith agreed to record this issue in the contract and also promised to provide written email confirmation that if any leakage occurs within three months, the seal will be replaced free of charge. This gave me more confidence and showed his professionalism and responsibility.
I also requested for the vehicle to be cleaned properly inside and outside before collection. On the day I collected the car, I could clearly see the cleaning staff had put great effort into preparing the vehicle to a very high standard. The car was extremely clean and well presented. I believe Callum Smith communicated my concerns properly to the cleaning team, which again shows he is a very responsible salesperson with excellent communication skills.
Because of Callum Smith’s outstanding service, patience and attitude, I genuinely feel he deserves more than a five-star review. However, due to the manager’s handling of the damaged sunroof seal issue, unfortunately I cannot give the dealership a full five-star rating overall.

Horrific aftersales experience! I bought a vehicle which I was really pleased with and was presented very well! The car then suffered an oil leak on my drive. I took it to a local garage as there was no oil left and they advised this was due to the sump plug not being placed back securely, this has left a stain on my driveway! I also noticed the air con was empty and requires recharge. I contacted Henson Motor Group who state they will refund me for the replacement oil, no mention of the damage caused to my drive way! They also refused to do anything about the air conditioning. I am now being ghosted and they are ignoring my request for update on the matter, as well as blocking me from there Facebook page! Terrible service I would avoid they cannot be trusted! RAC approved be chucked seems misleading, and now I will be escalating to the financial ombudsman.
