I think, originally I loved HerbalHouse for their amazing products. But when I had a minor issue with a plug outlet I was so surprised to find a calm, patient and incredibly helpful human on the line, who took the time to solve the issue, without a hint of condescension or impatience!

Herbal House lead the industry in indoor cultivation in my opinion by bringing in top quality equipment from around the world and providing a service that is second to none. Herbal House helped me sort out my light when it blew even though I was at fault, so I cant speak more highly of this company.
