Heritage CBD is a trusted source of reliable, all natural, high-quality CBD. All our products are carefully made in small batches with all-natural ingredients including potent hemp extract oil that contains a multitude of non-intoxicating cannabinoids. We control every step of the production process to ensure that our CBD products exceed industry quality standards from soil-to-store—or your door! We partner with local family farms in the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts to grow our hemp. We then refine and extract the hemp grown by our farming partners in a state-of-the art lab that is located at our manufacturing facility in Northampton, MA. This hemp extract is the key ingredient we use to create all our products. We produce all our products in our own cGMP compliant facility, and they contain absolutely no artificial colors or flavors. The third-party test results for every batch of product we produce easily accessible on our website so consumers can have complete confidence in their purchase. We always push ourselves to be the best we can be and are proud to create products that reflect that.

My order took an unusually long time to ship, and the gummies had melted into a solid lump stuck to the side of the container.
EDIT: Heritage CBD was accommodating and shipped a free replacement after learning what had gone wrong with my initial order. Thanks!

Hi John, sorry about this experience! Your order was placed on 8/24 at 11pm. We shipped via UPS on 8/26. Normal transit times within MA are 1 day. It would normally have arrived on 8/27. Not sure what the "operating conditions" were at UPS that caused the delay, but if you review the tracking details you can see that there was an issue on their end.

Given that UPS had the package for 4 days and the heat we had in late August, I'm not shocked the ice packs and gummies may have melted. We will ship you a new bottle today! In the future you can always reach out to us at support@heritagecbd.com when you have issues with your order.
Thanks!
Gummies shipped with ice packs
Heritage gummies are affected by heat. If weather is hot my order is packed with ice packs and arrives fine, no melting. Thank you Heritage Hemp CBD.

Love everything about Heritage Hemp!
Ordering online is easy, shipment always arrives quickly and I LOVE all my Heritage Products. I am a devout user of the Tinctures and Salve. It's important to me to know what the ingredients are in all the products and the fact that the lab results are available gives me piece of mind.

Good product overall
Well, when the gummies arrived, the ice pack was melted/hot and the gummies were all melted into one lump. We tried cutting them with a knife into pieces, and I’ve put them in a container in the fridge, but I guess it’s not good to order these in the summer. Shipping was fast though, and hubby likes the product. Would definitely order again.

Hi Mitzi! We're so sorry to hear they arrived melted! Our gummies are made with all-natural ingredients therefore they will melt if they stay in the heat for too long. We just emailed you with a promo code for your next order 💚 Sorry once again! Luckily the weather will be cooling down soon!😊
Always know where my order is
Always know where my order is. They care about the customer as a friend not just someone buying something.

Sleep Gummies
Communication, response time and packaging all first rate, and the product takes great. My wife and I both felt that, while the Sleep Gummies seemed to relax us, they made no apparent difference in our actual sleep patterns. Perhaps we were expecting too much.

Hi Joseph! Thank you for the feedback. If you are looking for a more noticeable sleep-aid result before bed, we recommend increasing your dose a small amount. If you and your wife are each taking 1 gummy at the moment, perhaps try taking 1.5-2 gummies each. 2 gummies would be a 3mg dose of melatonin which is still within the range sleep studies recommend (0.5mg-3mg) to avoid a groggy after effect. Hope this helps! 😊
