Absolutely shocking communication. They sent an invoice for my purchase. But failed to put my transaction thru. If they can not do the simplest of tasks. No custom from myself thanks. In the future.

I possible did not read the small print but the coin was much smaller than I had envisaged and coming in a pack with blank holes to buy future coins was not what I expected

Coin arrived loose in packaging no protection out of box ,it looked un finished roughly made ,I contacted customer service they just said il send another which I never asked for then got billed another 40 pounds for another coin I didn't really want keep receiving junk mail every month for other coins

Lost in the post
Royal Mail 48hr tracked postage was left sticking out of our post box at LE7 4RB. However when we returned home the parcel was missing. Believe that the Royal Mail tracking number was OZ609782725GB. Only the sender can claim. Please re-send item or refund costs.

I have not yet received the coin much to my disappointment. They have informed me they are having problems with suppliers YET they are still offering it in the press!!

Your cheating sales team.
Your cheating sales team deliberately sent a presentation case designed to house six coins instead of the single coin case that I wanted to receive for my single coin.
When questioned, your sales rep informed me that it is company policy to encourage customers to buy a complete set which is why I received the much larger presentation case.
He also informed me that I was welcome to keep same, despite my request for it to be exchanged for one more suitable to my single coin. This request was refused.

Excellent VE Day Commemorative Coin
Coins arrived safely and in excellent packaging. There was lots of information and detail in the booklet that came with the coins as well as the coin display booklet itself. Very pleased. Both my Granddad's fought in WW2 and we wanted to remember and honour them in some small way.
