Absolutely shocking communication. They sent an invoice for my purchase. But failed to put my transaction thru. If they can not do the simplest of tasks. No custom from myself thanks. In the future.

Disappointed.
Although the order arrived at my home in good time, I was not happy with the product and returned it. I never realised one had to order the whole collection of coins and was disappointed.

Initially I was very pleased with the items I bought over the last 6 months.
I subscribed to a D-Day collection. First, there was a missing coin which was eventually sent.
Then l discovered much later that to complete the set l would have to pay another £300+!
I also had a purchase cancelled, because l had not paid, but l never had an invoice.
Then l was told that my account had been frozen.
At this time l learned that l had in fact 3 different accounts.....
For at least 3 months l have been requesting statements, but NOTHING
Reluctantly l returned my D-Day collection which they received on the 6th January. And now to add further insult l received an email yesterday, telling me that they were carrying out a stocktaking, my refund will not be processed until the end of next week!!
Numerous emails and contacts made via their website go unanswered.
