The return policy is unclear and is misleading given the statement “customer satisfaction guaranteed”. I ordered three Mexico jerseys, not customized, that were too small. They were supposed to be Adult jerseys, L and XL, but instead I received what appears to be a youth size. When I requested a return label, they required photos of the item with exact measurements. I was told that the items were not returnable. Disappointed with the service and product.

I received great service from Heritage Eleven. The 3 jerseys I ordered were perfect quality and a great price. Customer Service was super helpful with my questions and my delivery was great. They do take a little longer to deliver than some people are used to but im willing to wait for quality. Thank you!

It is one of the worst places to shop
It is one of the worst places to shop. I bought three jerseys, and it took over a month and a half for them to arrive—and all three were different sizes. I DO NOT recommend this platform; don't waste your time.

Buyer beware!
My “package” arrived a month after I ordered it. It was supposed to be a World Cup jersey and the World Cup was over. The package was empty. I asked for a refund and was denied. I did receive a replacement jersey a month later although by now I did not want it. Also for your information, I generally wear a XXL shirt and I ordered a 4XL jersey. It fits me skin tight like spandex. Not sure if it is Nike‘s fault but the website definitely did not say it was a fitted shirt. This could’ve been a good four-star review if they just refunded my money.

Hi Jessy,
We understand that seeing customer reviews you don't recognize can raise concerns, especially when considering purchasing from a store for the first time.
However, we noticed that you have not placed an order with Heritage Eleven, so this review does not reflect a personal purchasing experience with our store.
We always welcome genuine feedback from our customers, whether positive or negative, and we take trust very seriously. We also encourage anyone who has questions or concerns before placing an order to contact our support team directly so we can provide any information needed to make an informed decision.
We hope you'll reconsider the review based on an actual experience with our store rather than an assumption about our business.
Kind regards,
Heritage Eleven
