Capelli got recommended to me by a friend and I bought their Boxy Tee. Really comfortable and stylish.

Saw a friend of mine with a backpack from Capelli, and I decided to order a backpack of my own. The delivery was quick and the backpack feels super high quality. Love it!

Ordered our son’s soccer uniforms more than four weeks ago. A week ago we received an ups notice saying a label had been created, but as of today there is still no update or movement on the shipment. Our son’s first tournament is in four days and no one on the team has received their kits yet. So we have to buy additional colored shirts and tape the kids’ numbers to the back. Considering how terribly expensive Capelli’s is, it’s unacceptable to have to be buying back up shirts when we bought the kits a month before the first game.

I ordered on May 19th and never got my order or tracking number it is now June 10th and my game is on the 15th Order#95514. I just want to know where it is! Customer service will not tell me

Worst club ever. The total of mandatary uniform are over $400(one Jersey costs over $80) . They are robbing us. Please offer us more reasonable price.

It’s much easier to list what went well. The only thing that seemed to work was their speedy charging of my credit card. Every other aspect was disastrous. Shame on this horrible company and shame on the club (Highline Premier FC) for agreeing to all of this garbage.

Horrific experience working with Capelli. They messed up our entire travel team’s uniforms and repeatedly sent me the wrongly designed logo on two shirts I purchased. Very bad communication as well. Took a month to receive the “replacement” that was in fact, the wrong order yet again. DO NOT work with this company unless you want a headache.

I find it infuriating that the company does not offer free shipping on uniform kits, especially when one is spending over $500! Also, the coupons/discounts they provide on regular store purchases excludes so many items (even socks and shorts?!!), what is it even good for?

Update to My Previous Review

I originally posted a review back in early May expressing my disappointment with Capelli Sport’s uniform exchange policy after receiving a youth uniform that was significantly oversized and appeared to have no exchange options available.

Since then, I was contacted from Capelli Team, who took the time to review my situation and work toward a solution. I’m happy to update my review and say that Capelli ultimately agreed to exchange my daughter’s jersey for the correct size, and I truly appreciate the effort they made to make things right.

While the ordering and sizing process can still be frustrating—especially when purchasing youth uniforms online—I do want to give credit where it’s due. Capelli listened to the concern, responded professionally, and helped resolve the issue.

My advice to parents is to carefully review the sizing charts, double-check measurements, and confirm sizing before placing an order. The exchange process isn’t necessarily simple, so it’s worth taking the extra time upfront. However, if you do encounter a legitimate sizing issue, I would encourage you to reach out to Capelli directly. Based on my experience, they may be willing to work with you to find a solution.

Shipping was fast and accurate. Order process went smoothly.

We waited two months for the first half of our order and four months for the remainder. One of the shirts came unraveled at the hem as soon as it was washed the first time. We received incorrectly sized belts (so large that they are unusable for years to come), and due to the wait, I had to repurchase them from another store so we would have them for our season. I was told I cannot receive a refund because the items were mandatory for our team. We also did not receive two hats from the order - or a refund for those items. We do not recommend.

Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe this company. Orders go unfulfilled for months, emails are auto responded to and not answered if they do answer it’s with ZERO information pertaining to the specifics of your order or how they plan to make it right. Their customer service line never answers and you get caught in a transfer loop because voicemail is full. We have a large baseball community and I will be making absolutely sure we don’t ever use this company again.

My daughter had the opportunity to participate in the first Capelli Nations Cup 5v5 tournament and I cannot say enough about what a great experience it was. The tournament was well organized and the energy was electric. Loved the DJ and the merch! Well done Capelli!
