Can't comment on the product. As it never arrived. Nothing. No product no refund. Its a con.

I was excited to find this product as it appeared to be something that really worked. I have been using the eyelash lash bond for about 2 months now and there has been no improvement. They say - "Liaison Lash Bond is the healthy way to get the long, curled eyelashes you've always desired". Don't believe it.

Although, I didn't get a chance to try their products the customer service via email I had was fast, friendly, effective and good.

I had placed an order, but ended up canceling it after I found out that I would have to pay a high VAT import fee on the MSRP of the items, instead of the actual discounted amount. * Be advised if you are planning to rec your items internationally with country that has high VAT on goods imported.

I had a few times contact with their customer service. They explained when I first placed the order that the items were out of stock and that there would be a delay in shipment. With that said, the customer service person gave me an option to choose a FREE product of my choice. :-) I thought that was really nice.

The 2nd time I was in contact with them was when I requested to cancel the order and issue a refund. Within 10 mins, I had an answer and a refund back into my PayPal account.

This stuff really works!!! After 3 weeks my lashes look fuller a d longer! Great job Liaison. I have now order the mascara & lash & brow bundle

I placed an order but then after reading some of the reviews about having to pay shipping duties after also paying tax on the order i decided against it as i had paid shipping charges too. I emailed the company and within minutes had an email confirming they would cancel then a few minutes later a refund email from paypal. Amazing customer services. Thank you Jenny for the help 🙂

I placed an order on the herliaison.com website showing the British flag. All items were priced in pound Sterling and I used the 50% discount voucher and the total amount paid included 20% VAT which was itemised separately. The order was sent via DHL. When it arrived at customs at Heathrow Airport I received a bill for tax due. The only way to rectify this was to ask seller to confirm that I had paid VAT when I originally made purchase. I emailed the company and was told that their products all have full price stickers on and it is down to me as UK have customs charges. The charges were not even correct because I was charged on the full price of the item not the discounted price I paid. Because the company will not contact DHL I cannot have my parcel unless I pay the charges. Which means I had to pay charges twice as much as they should have been and I cannot get a refund from the company for the VAT that I have already paid. I would advise that you do not use this company. They are not legitimate.

Canada Post recently lost an order and Liaison shipped a replacement within 24 hours. Their customer service has been awesome. Lash bond seems to be working well. I've been using the hair bond and shampoo/conditioner for the last couple of months but I'm not sure I see a difference. I imagine it would take awhile to see new growth, but I think I'm losing less hair at least. So that's a plus.

Ordered stated 4 week delivery, 2 months later not been dispatched. Asked for a refund and was told they had contacted warehouse as should have been dispatched, and to contact if no shipping in 72hrs. Weeks later still nothing. Paid almost £60 with delivery and now out of pocket. Avoid!!!

Great eye lash growth serium product, friendly service and it shipped to AUS pretty quickly!

I have been looking for a lash growth serum for so long! I did use one from a well know skin care line. Even as a member the price was outrageous and the results were poor. The entire process working with Liaison Lash has been wonderful!

Tried the hair bond for 8-10 weeks and had no difference in hair growth or appearance. I wrongly assumed I would need to use for more than 6 weeks to get best results as on their website it says best results between 6-12 weeks. But if you don't notice any difference within 30 days I would return to get your money back. Doesn't make sense they only give money back within 30 days but say best results after 6 weeks? I tried to leave a review on their website but they don't post it! Not impressed at all, would avoid.

The eyelash serum is ok. But I’ve used the hair bond for 14 weeks every single day and I have taken photos to document the progress and there is absolutely no change in my hair. The products are made in china which also makes me wonder about the quality.
One good thing though has been Customer services in the sense that they answered my question via mail quite fast when I had inquiries about the products.

I have to say this is probably the best mascara I have ever purchased... This mascara goes on easily and is super black and does not smudge. Better than what I expected. A++

I’ve been using the Brow Bond for several weeks & I can definitely see the difference! My brows are thicker & I don’t have to use a brow pencil anymore! In fact, now I have to use an eyebrow gel to control & shape my brows! To which, I have to say is a good problem to have for a change! MB

Product that WORKS! I’m so happy to find something affordable for my formerly short short lashes!

Truly happy with my results! It took me over a month to start noticing the growth but it was totally worth it! :) I applied it religiously at night and my eyelashes grew so much that I’ve trimmed them a couple times so they don’t touch my eyeglasses hahaha. Be patient if your results are taking longer than other people say..: we are all different! Ive been using the eyelash and eyebrow serums for almost a year now. Can’t recommend enough!

Liaison is a great product!!! I started on April and by June my lashes are fuller and longer!! I have always had stumpy lashes!! This product really works!!! It is probably the one and only product I have spent hard earned money on and actually have results!! I just bought another bottle and a bottle for my sister!!!

I've had the mascara only 1 day, but I can say it out preforms my other products! It makes my lashes look longer and fuller. The thing I like even better is that by the end of the day I do not have "coon" eyes. It stays on and doesn't deposit on my lower lid.

I am excited to try this product. I ordered two of the lash serums, but they got lost in the mail and I never received them. The customer service has been fantastic. Jenny helped me track the package and when it wasn't found has reshipped the items to me at no cost. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

When I purchased the lash and brow bonds I really didn't expect much. I had never used any lash or brow growth products. I promise you, after 3 weeks I could see a difference. I am a senior and my brows were almost nonexistent. My lashes were very thin with gaps. After 6 weeks my lashes are full and my brows are dark and full. I am 100% satisfied with my results!
