I am very excited to try this product , the customer service has been very quick to reply to any questions I have.

Liaison is the BEST company I have ever purchased from. You can trust all their products and they stand behind everything they sell. The Lash Bond is incredible, and I also love the Mascara Bond. No more false eyelashes for me. I can't believe how fast my eyelashes are growing. The customer service is the best experience yet and they respond quickly. I can't wait to try the Hair Bond next.

I have been waiting since November for a Christmas present for a family member to assist them with hair regrowth after medical treatments.

Lots of promises to update and waiting for restock. As a show of good faith the company agreed to add a freebie which was nice. Restock finally happened in January and they said I’d receive tracking in 48hours. It’s been another 2 weeks and nothing.

I’ve asked for a refund now and it happened quickly and easily.

I ordered a product 4 weeks back and they never shipped the product. When I contacted the customer care, the response was they were waiting for the shampoo and conditioner to be restocked. I was surprised to hear that because what I ordered was a hair serum. They promised to ship it within 3 days. But they didn't. Finally, I had to cancel the order after waiting for almost a month. So if you don't want to be cheated, please don't place any order.

This review could of been so negative.
However, the power of great customer service prevailed and won me over.
Having waited three months for the order to arrive from the US, it turned up today!
There were many transport issues, that I won't bore you with.
The five stars go to 'Jenny', who throughout the order has answered all my questions, promptly, efficiently and courteously. I have been offered a refund and a gift along the way, but more importantly been supported and kept in the loop.

This company guarantees delivery in 3-5 days, but I waited 54 days for my order to arrive after placing it. Through emails, I learned that they had run out of some of the products and were waiting for stock. But then, even after the stock arrived, they made no effort to expedite shipping, and it took another two weeks from shipping date to receipt. If they're not telling the truth in their guarantee, what else are they not telling the truth about? I can't trust them, and will be returning my order. As customers, without whom businesses would not thrive, we deserve to be treated better. They offered me 60% off my next order, but my hair just kept falling out while I waited so - no, thanks.

I use the hair bond serum and been seeing steady growth of hairs in my problem areas so I bought for my mom who has been losing so much hair for the past few years. She has informed me that the hair falling stopped in the weeks she used the product and looks forward to see hair growing in those areas where needed.
Bought 6 more for her and 3 for myself. I hope to see even better results for both of us as we continue to use.

I had lash extensions for awhile and they ruined what i had of my own lashes!!! So I found Liaison! In a few months i could not believe my own lashes!! The best products I've ever used. I buy the lash bond, brow bond and the mascara. It's so good everyone thinks my lashes are fake they're so long and healthy looking. Staff are so prompt to reply and sort any queries. I'd highly recommend Liaison

I recently accidentally placed my order twice. I wrote an email asking for one order to be deleted. Your department did this very quickly and swiftly and refunded the money. I was very impressed how fast they responded.

My order was very late in coming and it was explained to me as to the reasons which were understandable during these times. I am getting cataract surgery soon and have temporarily stopped Lash Bond as per doctor's advice but will continue a month after. The results are amazing!

This product really works! I've tried many lash serums before and this one works the best and is half the cost of others. I definitely recommend if you want fuller, longer lashes. I noticed a difference in about 4 weeks.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order and they provided tracking but then it never showed as received by the courier. I waited a few days to see if it would get straightened out but nothing happened. I reached out to see if they'd resend it but they argued with me that I had to wait for 2 weeks of no status updates. I argued back that that didn't seem like good service. After quite a bit of heated back and forth suddenly the tracking information showed that it was received by the courier. Very, very rude.
