Herne Bay Domestics is an independent, family-run business which was established on the Herne Bay high street in 1984. Our reputation is built upon a combination of high-level customer service and care, and the ability to provide a large stock of domestic appliances at extremely competitive prices, as a result of close relationships with major manufacturers and being part of Euronics. We therefore believe that we have found the right balance between being able to care for the needs of every individual customer, whilst still often being able to offer the same products and prices as the biggest retailers in this field. Our team of delivery drivers and engineers are able to install every product we sell, as well as being able to demonstrate to customers how their new appliance works, and answering any queries on this matter. Meanwhile, our sales team are immediately on hand to fix any subsequent issues, as opposed to having to go through call centres and long queues. Excellent service
Excellent service, our old tumble dryer blew up on the Saturday evening so ordered a new one online with Hernebay Domestics. It was delivered on the Monday morning. The gentleman phoned me first thing to confirm he would be delivering and it was delivered a shirt while later was very impressed! The guy was very polite, helpful and a genuinely nice guy. Will definitely use them again!

Great on price and service
Searched online for a tumble dryer and found this shop met the cheapest price and had free delivery. Excellent service. Got a phone call to confirm order and then a text tor delivery time. The tumble dryer was delivered on time and the guys were very helpful. Will definitely use them again .

Purchase of Fridgemaster Freezer
This is the second item I have bought from Herne Bay Domestics. On both occasions ordering on line was simple and prices as good if not better than Currys,Argos and AO. Delivery is also free, compared with up to £30 for the others and turns up when they say it will. In short a pleasurable experience all round. I shall continue to use HBD for my future purchases.

The Company, took a lot of time and trouble, trying to source a new part for my Rangemaster Fridge Freezer.
The part was was shown as available on Rangemasters spares website, but this was shown in error and not available, which Rangemaster have now removed it from thier site.

Dishwasher door repair
Leo repaired the door closure on my Bloomberg dishwasher. He then realised that the machine was not fitted well .. space not quite big enough! He did all he could to try to rectify the issue and gave me advice on what needed doing.He was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Broken oven fixed promptly
Having used Herne Bay Domestics in the past, we had no hesitation in contacting them again when our oven failed on Monday. Using their website to book an engineer to visit was simple enough and we booked a slot for Wednesday. We were notified Tuesday of the time frame which was between 8 and 10 am. The engineer called about 7.50 on Wednesday morning to confirm he would be with us in 5 to 10 mins. He arrived on time and efficiently diagnosed the problem (heating element broken). He went to his van and found the spare part which he fitted efficiently, despite the fact that he had little room to work in. This same engineer fixed our dishwasher a year or so ago and in addition to recommending the company, we can also recommend Leo who is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Leo.

Amazing service
Amazing service. The filter on my washing machine had got completely jammed, phoned up had amazing customer service was booked in straight away. Had Leo come out and he fixed the issue within no time. Would highly recommend this company.

This Company Are Amazing
This company are amazing. We have used them before for a washing machine and fridge freezer. Today was a dishwasher. From ordering right through to delivery and fitting has been easy and done so well. The company were very accommodating at changing the time for me last minute and the delivery guys were so friendly and made sure everything was OK before leaving. Taking away the very old dishwasher for us was a huge help. I highly recommend this company and so grateful we have them as a local business. Won't ever go anywhere else.

Great and helpful service
We wanted a cordless vacuum cleaner, the salesman showed us a section, telling the pros and cons of each, very, very helpful. Gave us time to think about it, no pressure whatsoever. The staff were more than helpful, great service and happy with our vacuum cleaner.

Leo from Herne Bay domestic was great
Leo from Herne Bay domestic was great, he was on time, called before arrival, gave quotes for repair or replacement and gave me options on the integrated appliances available. Very efficient, didn't leave any mess and was very friendly. He also helped with advice on the types of machines and the energy efficiency ratings too. I would certainly give a 5 star rating!
