Lee the agent who help me was very helpful and polite and professional in helping me with the paperwork.

Amy in particular was great assistance, bought two cars off her within a month! Was super helpful and very patient with me as I'm one for many questions. Was smooth transition throughout the whole experience, will be returning in 12 months for two new cars. Thankyou.

The car experience overall was very stressful and I was chasing people for updates etc. Communication between staff was nonexistent, I would leave a message for someone and they would never get it. When my car arrived there were mixed messages why it took over 3 weeks to get my car.

I am very pleased with my car but im still waiting for my fuel reimbursement which I was promised due all the stress.

I was communicating with Ryan and Todd. I know the distance was large but it was known when I first started this purchase. I'm not sure how honest they were with the issues I had.

Initially I was very happy with my purchase. But once they had my custom and I wanted to use my warranty as there was a fault with the car, they completely changed.
Rude to me on the phone, telling me it's my fault. Telling me I'm lying when I explained that I had done as another of his colleagues had told me to do. Several times he fobbed me off telling me he would call me back and never did. £300 it cost me to get my car fixed. They insulted me by saying they would reimburse me £68.
Do not be fooled by the initial kindness of this company, they quickly turn on you

Sent me a car which is far too small for my self and family and now they won’t exchange it or cancel my agreement so I’m stuck with a car that’s no use to me and £29000 in debt PLEASE AVOID
