I bought a pair of jeans from Hesntls. There was nothing wrong with the jeans however I felt they didn’t suit me and so I wanted to refund them. Hesntls does not do refunds, which is not illegal but I feel it is unfair as they are an online store meaning you don’t have the opportunity to see / try the clothes on before buying them.
Please think twice before buying from a company that does not offer refunds.

Communication is 10/10, ngl don't you guys sleep? Sent an email at 1am and it was replied within 5mins. Would be shopping more!

First time leaving a review for them after many years of shopping here. Quality is insane for the price and you'll not regret! Thanks a ton and I shall be back once again.

The quiality and size is terrible, my shorts have been washed 10 times and are now splitting apart like paper.

And ordered all my jeans in size 36, everything fits like a 32 when compared to H/M.

Also it is dropshipping so no brand identity, just some people tryna make easy money, how can you have a modern shop and have shipping time of over 14 days.

Best customer service ive ever had product is amazing too. Definitely will be gettin more pairs

Not sure what the bad reviews is all about, I got great help from the customer service from the right before ordering, and even assisting with the size exchange. All went smoothly, from ordering to receiving my order was under 10-days, and sending is back and getting it exchanged for a smaller size, all under a month from my day of ordering. Emails was all handled within a day by James, the customer service staff which had been a tremendous help. 5/5 will be coming back.

I wanted to exchange my order so they gave me a return policy to follow which said I have to ship the items to CHINA. Even by following the orders exact as they gave through the return policy the items might not get past custom security. When I mentioned this they say its not in their control and never reply again after this. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered some Jeans that looked different in person than they did online, sent them back to their returns address in China around 10 weeks ago costing £17.65 and haven't been refunded or heard anything from them. Basically scammed me out of £80, First and last time ordering from a company i discovered through instagram ads.

Don't waste your money at Hesntls.co! They suck at communicating and dodge customs fees. It's illegal to falsely declare parcel value, but they exploit it to screw customers out of refunds. Go to Zara for jeans and avoid the headache. ZERO STARS from me

Useless, ordered jeans and for over a month they never came. Had to cancel the order. Communication was also poor from them don’t recommend

I ordered last year 5 jeans the size didn't fit me well so i decided to return my order. So i did that on 27-10-2022 after that i didn't get any updates about the process, luckily i could track it myself because i sended it back from holland with insurance i payed 43 euro's for that. Long story short i have waited for 6 months at that point i already knew i was scammed so i accepted it, but than out of nowhere the package that i sended back to them to China was sended back to my house AFTER 6 MONTHS waiting. I immediately sended them a email the day i received it again that was on 15-04-2023 and now they don't respond anymore on my emails so i hope this bad review concerns them.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!
I bought a pair of pants in November 2022. The package was allegedly sent to the wrong city and returned to him.
I asked if they could send me the pants again and they replied that the package had not yet been returned to them and they could only send it back once they received it.
To date almost 3 months have passed since the pants have returned and they keep telling me that they have not arrived.
I lost 70€ and I didn't receive anything and they didn't even want to give me a refund.
not to mention the terrible customer service who didn't try to help me in any way

Just don t buy anything from them.
If something gone wrong.. they won t even answer you anymore.
They ll just take u money!!
PS: I LOST 180E AND I didn’t get anything , also ..the good reviews are fake)

Jeans that came in are really nice quality, but i got a flawed pair. I got a wrong colour used in 1 part which is really visible, because it's dark on a white pair of jeans. The return policy is really SHlTTY. It's their fault that they sent me a flawed product, and i still need to pay for the exchange shipping, which is 1/3 of the jeans price. Don't recommend them if you don't want to risk wasting money.
