Bought jeans from here. They didn't meet expectations, so I wanted to return them. Found out I have to send the package to CHINA myself, and of course, cover all expenses myself. It's incredibly unprofessional and unserious not to mention that despite the company being located in the UK, returning the item means sending it to the other side of the world. They'll probably respond with apologies and that they warned me having to cover the returnexpenses, but that doesn't help when I'm here having to pay almost as much as the jeans cost just to return them because I'm not satisfied. Never buying from here again.

I ordered a pair for jeans from germany. I must say one of the best orders of my life. First of all finally a streetwear jean brand who doesnt only make skinny jeans. The jean is so comfy and breathable and how fantastic does it look. The quality is on top. My delivery time was about 1 week which is not much at all. When i asked about my order from the support team they answered within a day which is really fast nowdays. Thank you for the wonderful jean and i can only recommand hesntls

Avoid at all costs, sizings all off, refunds not possible, quality terrible.

I never received my order even tho it said delivered I tried contacting them they told me to contact eviri to ask where my parcel is I did tell them I haven’t bought anything from eviri so why should I contact them I did still contact them and they also didn’t know where my order was till this day I haven’t got my parcel my last email I sent to hesntls am still waiting for a reply till this date

If I could give a minus star i would - jeans arrived they were awful - they refused a refund (read the small print). Offred an exchange - I had to pay £70 to return them - this was in Octber 23 - they have been stuck in customs ever since. They are refusing to send out a new pair - I have paid £145 in total and have no jeans - surley this is theft.

I ordered a pair of jeans on December 28, 2023, today is January 8, 2024 and there is no information about the parcel, parcel number Order #58790

I bought these jeans as a last minute gift for my son. Unfortunately as much as the jeans looked good, my adhd autistic son didnt like them. I hadnt read the small print regarding refunds. As i explained to James its difficult buying for my son. Im loathed to pay extortionate shipping fees to return for a store credit as most probably what i order again will be wrong. Am now stuck with a £55 pair of jeans. My son doesn't leave the house, let alone go into a shop. So for this reason i have to order on line.
So very dissapointed .

UK customers need to be cautious when ordering from this company, as they are based in Singapore and operate from China. They have refused to pay for the return postage of an item that was delivered faulty.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans of the same size. Shipping is free but during checkout you are advised to pay shipping insurance, which was £5.25.

After a week I hadn't heard anything so emailed them. They replied saying the jeans had already been dispatched and gave a tracking reference, although I hadn't received an email about it. They arrived within a few more days, but the parcel had been slashed open and the inner bag for one of the jeans was also slashed. This was likely at customs, as they were shipped from China. Luckily this pair of jeans was undamaged and fitted well.

The other pair of jeans had patches, but one of the patches wasn't fully stitched so poked out when worn. They also didn't fit as well. I emailed HESNTLS but they treat the return of faulty items the same as returning unwanted items. They are outside UK law, so not bound to pay postage on returns of faulty items. It's all down to the customer to arrange return of faulty items. A royal mail parcel from UK to China would cost £16.10 from a post office.

Luckily I think I can sew the patch back on, so I'll do this instead of returning it. But it was poor quality for a £65 pair of jeans that can't be exchanged without paying an extra £16.

A1 for the shipping and customer service. Needed some help with getting 2 different denim and the team clarified all my questions via DM at 1am in the morning. Shipping was fast and price is definitely affordable.
