I had order an part and when it arrived to me it was empty . I contacted customer service and they jump right in it with no questions ask and solved the issue quick.

No communication
Didn't show up when stated or even a week later, I had to cancel through my card company, then they decided to reach out and ask me to reverse the dispute. I didn't do that and told them to send a return label as I've already bought elsewhere and didn't need there product.

Hard to communicate, not willing to help
Package was stolen on delivery. Company was very slow with communicating and promised to file claim and get back. They never filed a claim. I would not buy from this company again.

Trying to resolve issues with…
Trying to resolve issues with merchandise using email only makes the troubleshooting process very drawn out and frustrating. It was painfully obvious that your AI generated troubleshooting process is woefully inadequate. All it usually takes from my 54years of experience is a phone call to a human being. I don't see me using your service/products line ever again.
