It is a nice smell but it is very faint and sadly it doesn't last at all. I learnt the hard way that "We apply a 30 days money back policy on all purchases. So you can always feel safe while shopping at heyingrid.com." is simply not true. In the packet the smell was nice but faint so I tried it on my skin hoping that the pulse point warmth would improve things but the smell is still really faint and only lasts 1-2 hours. I contacted heyingrid.com asking if I could return it for a refund but was told it was used so no. Yes, I used it and that is how I found out that is doesn't smell for long. Still they are refusing to help.

Update - I had a message from the Hey Ingrid Team asking me to remove my review in exchange for a refund. What an interesting and unethical approach to cleaning up their bad reviews. I wonder how low their Trustpilot score would really be if they weren't paying people off. Needless to say, I have refused to remove my review. My experience of their perfume is accurate and I hope it helps other people to make an informed choice before they purchase.

I am very happy with my overall experience with Ingrid. Customer service was prompt and helpful at every step of my order. The products are excellent, unique and I will continue to purchase!

The product is amazing especially the packing! Unboxing it was like unboxing an expensive jewelry. The perfume is what I really like, it has the mild sense of flowers mixed with fruit. It is a sustainable product for sure. I love that I can carry it with me everywhere!

Min ordre var lidt forsinket. Jeg mistede sporingsoplysningerne. Men kommunikationen med kundeservice var fremragende. Selv på trods af forsinkelsen var jeg meget tilfreds med alt. Og kundeservicen fortjener de højeste karakterer. Den solide parfume ankom præcis som jeg havde forestillet mig. Lille i størrelsen, men fremragende!

My order was a little late. Lost a track. But I’ve got good communication with customer service. Even it’s come late but I like it a lot. And the customer service deserve the best review. The solid parfum came just I like it. Small but great!

Har bestilt og betalt men hører intet. Tror ikke jeg får noget og ærgrer mig rigtig meget. Der er gået 11 dage nu. Jeg har skrevet til dem i en offentlig post på Insta og de har ikke svaret. Men de har heller ikke taget mit post ned.

Ingrid have a wonderful selection of scents. My order took a while to arrive due to the Christmas holiday period but it was worth the wait. Lovely scents, I am very pleased with them.

Kundbemötande i världsklass!

Jag var i kontakt med kundtjänst då jag hade bestämt vilken doft jag ville beställa efter att ha testat kitet med doftprover (som för övrigt levererades mycket snabbt och smidigt), och jag har aldrig förr blivit så omtänksamt och fint bemött som kund. Om jag kunde ge tio stjärnor till Heyingrid så skulle jag göra det!

Bra service och underbara produkter! Har haft jättesvårt att hitta parfym tidigare men urban aesthetic känns verkligen som mig!

Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig service från INGRID när jag behövde ändra en beställning pga ett misstag från min sida.

Beställt ett provset för att kunna testa mig fram till rätt doft för mig. Snabb leverans. Tyvärr upplever jag att doften försvinner väldigt snabbt, efter ca 1 timme max 2.

Doften Breeze är helt underbar! Håller inte hela dagen men enkel att ha med sig så man kan fylla på under dagen. :)
