It’s been more than a year. I’ve been demanding a refund of over £1000, which they just will NOT issue. They promised to refund everything after my tickets got cancelled, which was a lie. They then said they’ll give me £1000 in credit, which they then refused to give, just a major SCAM

This company is not legit. They will take your money and not give you your tickets. it is better to book from a reputable source. They take advantage of African customers and use false reviews with West African sounding names to appeal to people who spend thousands going back home to Ghana and Nigeria etc.

You wll not get your money back or your ticket. Save yourself the hassle. This company is a company full of scammers. Aryan especially is a nasty piece of work.

I felt very welcome by Aryan, the travel experts over phone, especially by Olivia, so knowledgeable, friendly & polite. On other occasions I use other companies, but I will definitely be booking again with Oilivia, the booking process was so easy especially their 3 instalment package plan.

I had written a negative feedback below for not receiving my refund from Hifive which I had waited for over 4months. Following my feedback I received a call from Hifive demanding for me to pull down my negative feedback before they can refund me, they reported that it was their policy. The conversation was recorded so I have evidence. It’s unethical and immoral for Hifive to attempt to gag members of the public life myself who have worked extremely hard for my money only to be cheated, swindled and defrauded by Hifive. Please thread with caution, I’m sure that most of the positive feedbacks are written by Hifive employees. Do not buy from Hifive they are fraudsters.

Experience for booking a China Trip was amazing, Aryan helped me decide which flight I should take due to the tough schedule of my job routine. The time was managed very well and price was amazing. I have booked a Korea trip in July through Hi5tickets, this was my first time. The service has been excellent and everything has been explained thoroughly including the whole itinerary which has been created to according to our requirements. Big shout out to Jia and Aryan who have been dedicated to make our dream holiday come true. I got the refund at first as trip was cancelled but later on I rebooked and got exceptional care for my trip.

You guys are stilll bunch of liars. Show me where on Royal Air maroc where they said middle name is compulsory. Do you guys think this is my first time of flying. You waited for two months before you knew i didnt include my middle name. I still have all your mails and i will post it here for everyone to see who you people really are.

You even lied you asked me for the name, show me the prove and stop all the lies. Upon all the negative reviews, you people are still coming out to defend your incompetent attitude. People now know you for who your company is.

Middle name is never compulsory and the airline even comfrimed it, even google will tell you the same or maybe you people know more than the airline itself.

So if you claim you asked me for the middle name and i never replied, how come it never came up until when i wanted to make the last installment after two months. You give people non genuine excuses and ripe people off their hard earned money

Show me that proof where you asked for my middle name severally.

Do you even know how many times i have booked tickets with agents who never even asked for any copy of my passport. All they needed was my details. If you people dont know how to handle business you can close up. If truly you claim you asked for my details and i wasnt replying, why dint you people call me but you come online and start lying about it.

Even when i wanted to pay the second installment, took you people 4 days to send a link to pay, i had to keep messaging severally up to about 5 times before you people replied so how come the middle name was never mentioned.

If you people dont stop the lie, i will post all the mail conversations from beginning to end so people can see the prove of everything. I hate people that go about lying and deceiving others.

I ended up booking the ticket with another 3rd party who never even asked for the middle name or a copy of my passport and you are here still arguing and telling me what is not. The only mandatory name is your first and last name. You people should learn and stop the argument. If you people dont stop all this argument, i will go on and keep exposing all what you guyz did wrong.

Stop this nonsense and stop arguing. When it says given name, its not mandatory to add your middle name. If you dont understand english, go back to school and learn. On my passport my middle name is written beside my first name. So jst because it is written beside it does that mean its my first name? Also, you had to wait till after 2 months before asking me for middle name. You have been into the business for a while so you people dont know the necessary details from the first time I submitted. You are very funny. A ticket i ended up booking and travelled and came back with another agency without even sending a copy of my passport or adding any middle name. You are all bunch of jokers
