Hiccapop Avis 

We were really disappointed with this inflatable mattress. It only lasted one day before it started slowly deflating on its own. We checked the valve and looked over the mattress for any obvious punctures, but we could not find anything that would explain why it was losing air.

The replacement process was also frustrating. In order to get a new one, the company requires you to cut a hole in the mattress and send them a picture as proof that it has been destroyed. I understand that they probably do this to prevent people from making false warranty claims, but it still feels wasteful and inconvenient, especially when the mattress is practically brand new.

The customer service process may eventually get you a replacement, but I expected a product at this price point to last longer than a single day. An inflatable mattress should at least be able to hold air through the night without needing to be reinflated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

We got a Hiccapop wipe warmer at our baby shower (which was over 2 years now) and recently, a part broke. I reached out to the customer service and they responded within an hour and then within 2 days, they sent a replacement. I didn't have my order number or anything since it was a gift but they still helped me. Great experience!

Hiccapop Inflatable Booster

I bought the product brand new still sealed from a local shop. The packaging was folded improperly so the valve where you inflate it (very awkwardly by mouth) didn't seal. I contacted the seller (the packaging is FILLED with trash that says contact them if you have problems) and they told me I was out of luck because I didn't buy from them, and they will not fix their bad product, even though I sent them like 2 seperate pics.

Really disappointed, it was otherwise a good idea.

For starters they an amazing company, love their toddler bed, the quality is amazing my kid loves it, and is so easy to transport, we use it all the time, when we go visit family, I feel more calm knowing my kid has a safe space to sleep always.
Ah and their costumer services amazing, love the humor they bring while fast solving concerns.
