Spent $2000 on a desk that was having issues and there is zero support on how to fix it. I've emailed several times and they constantly ignore me.

They don't answer emails, instagram DM's or even Instagram comments. They straight up disappeared and now even the manufacturer won't even repair the items they designed. I purchased an Artifox Table lamp from them (built by Gantri) and wanted to get it repaired and even Gantri won't let me pay to get it repaired.
They don't even deserve 1 star. We returned our purchase and they received it a month ago and we have yet to receive our refund. After weeks of calling and emailing with no response we are taking it up with the bank. Don't even bother with this company. Very disappointing.
Take the time and look this company up on the better business bureau and you will see this company cannot be trusted. Scammers.

Their company phone number is listed online, but they never answer
They are taking advantage of the fact that you can't get a refund after 60 days, so they respond to emails saying to wait, but after 60 days they stop responding and don't send the product
Do not order from Artifox. We ordered a desk on 7.31 and haven't received a single update. We've emailed, called, messaged on Instagram, and even gotten the Better Business Bureau involved to no avail. At this point, we're letting the credit card company handle it.
It’s several weeks I’m reaching out to you to have some updates about my order with no answer at all.
The order has been made on august 8 and I still have no update for the delivery of the Desk and the Lift.
I spent thousand of dollars with your brand, I think your products are good BUT this is not the way you expect to be considered in a sort of premium level brand.
No answer, no updates. You guys are not IKEA. I do expect to know if there are problems or delays with the order considering the website, at the moment of the order, talks about 6 to 8 weeks for the delivery and we are entering the week 14… it’s more than the wait for my brand new Land Rover… for a desk…
Again, give an answer or refund the products you are not able to deliver.
Scam of a company. I think they're having money issues.
I ordered a desk online, which I decided to cancel since they have a no refund policy and the product is way too expensive and overpriced to purchase without seeing it in person. They said they would cancel it, never did, and I had to raise a dispute with Paypal. Took 3 months from cancellation to actually get a refund.
Ordered a bike rack in April. No updates, had to repeatedly send e-mail messages, most were ignored. Four months later I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Mistakenly ordered a desk and immediately returned it unopened. They received it but have yet to credit me and stopped all communication.
8 months waiting for a very expensive wood side table to ship. No communication at all, terrible email support. When I contacted them to cancel the order, they ignored it. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card. No apologies, they just don’t care.
Artifox accepted an order from me for an (absurdly expensive) side table about 4 months ago. They have not proactively contacted me once about the item, and are slow to respond to questions. they have changed the date of the delivery twice now. Terrible customer service. At this point it is not clear if they will actually ship the item. "
