Apologies for the delay that occurred during delivery.
Because the item was out of stock, we had to order it directly from our supplier, who was also experiencing stock shortages, and we were not made aware.
We sincerely apologise for not keeping you updated along the way. We are look at our process to ensure better communication during unexpected delays in the future.

The communication from this comoany was poor. I had no idea when my item was being delivered. So my main peice of feedback is to allow tracking of the order and or updates on expected delivery date.

Very sorry to hear about this Russell, I did follow up via email but it looks we have had some problems getting through. I have looked into your order and you were sent a tracking email when you order was dispatched. In some instances, these emails can get misdirected into spam/junk folders.
To give you insight into the timeline: because your item was out of stock when you placed the order on Saturday, we processed it first thing Monday morning when our supplier reopened. It was dispatched on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday, meeting our "usually dispatched within 72 hours" guideline.
That said, we appreciate your feedback regarding delivery transparency and will use it to improve our customer communication. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

HiFi Sound cater to my audio maintenance needs from Belts for my Rega P3 turntable and replacement Goldring E4 stylus to a Rega Mk2 PSU upgrade for my turntable! Everything arrived on time and well packaged to avoid damage.They are in short my go to for these items and I would recommend them.Thanks again.
