Higher Elevation Ltd Avis 

We have a through floor lift that broke down and we had a lot of trouble trying to get it fixed. The company associated with the lift originally gave us a bad experience so i looked elsewhere for help. I wanted a local family run company so i found Higher Elevation.
Even from the very first point of contact they were so helpful and very welcoming. They spoke to me with kindness and empathy and i truly felt happy dealing with them.

Today we have had an engineer with so much experience come and assess the situation. He spent time with me explaining his expertise, diagnosis and the process going forward. This is the opposite of my previous experience with the initial company.

I feel so relieved knowing that we are in safe and professional hands.

Nash was great when he came round and was clear about what was needed and importantly Higher Elevation was then able to deliver exactly as promised. The fitters were excellent despite having to put up with a lot going on, as we had a bathroom conversion happening the same day. Many thanks and my Father is now able to come up and down as he wishes.

Jason was a very polite, experienced engineer. Our call out was an emergency job and the service we received was very prompt.

From contacting the Office to the Engineer attending the whole experience was exceptional. My elderly mum's stair lift stopped working one morning and the engineer attended later the same day and fixed it. Really professional and courteous engineer and a helpful and knowledgeable person in the office who coordinated everything brilliantly. An excellent company that we will definitely use again! They managed to get an engineer to call within a day of contacting them to look at my 98 year old mums stairlift that had stopped working.
Engineer was very thorough and went above and beyond just effecting a repair.
He made sure that everything on the stairlift was working correctly before he left.

Higher Elevation installed our Flow X stairlift yesterday. They were extremely pleasant and did a very competent and professional job, even to the extent of repainting a small area of woodwork which required modifying. The stairlift works well and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for stairlift work.

On Monday of this week, Higher Elevation (the company who installed our Stannah lift arranged for one of their engineers, Jay to come and make the first service. He was very friendly and helpful, extremely helpful to explain any aspect of the lift which I need clarification on. He also pointed out some of the problems which might occur. Very pleased with the service which was very efficient

10pm on a Friday night, stairlift beeping and not working, a 92 year old facing the prospect of a night on the couch… all the fixings of a disaster… but the higher elevation team came through to solve the problem in record time!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The customer service provided by Bethany and the technician Jay, who worked tirelessly all morning to remove my late father’s stair lift was faultless.
It is a rarity that an appointment like this goes without a hitch but it really did. The appointment was booked exactly to fit with my plans and despite bad traffic, Jay arrived on time and kept me informed as to his arrival time. Thank you so much for making a difficult and upsetting time so much easier.

Excellent service throughout! Very prompt. Careful thought went into my husband’s needs. We were given useful advice and therefore we be have exactly what we needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

For several years we have used this company to maintain a thyssen curved stairlift.
Faults have occurred on repeated occasions and we have been charged highly for repairs
On a last maintenance visit the " engineer" caused a big crack sound @nd then reported a broken charging unit at the base of the unit, he said it was due to improper earlier service, only HE have ever serviced the item.
I have now been asked for a ridiculous sum to repair the broken part THEIR man damaged!!
