Expected Delivery Date ????
I don't see anywhere on the order what the expected delivery date is. I didn't see it on the website, in checkout, and it's not in the email confirmation. I don't know when I can expect to get these items. It would be nice to have that information listed somewhere so I know how to plan.

Thanks for the input. We do provide estimated ship times during the checkout process. However, we can't guarantee delivery dates at this time because we relay in shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS and their delivery dates are not accurate. It does look like you received your products within a couple days though.

My BEST online experience
My new home has interior doors, that shut hard and 2 won't even latch. I used your hinge cosmetic covers as spacers correct poor factory alignment and operation! I also forgot to do an address change when I ordered them, And USPS sent them back the same day they received I called Hinge Outlet, and explained . They sent them back to the correct address NO CHARGE. Can't beat that!!!

Still haven't gotten the stuff I ordered and can't actually communicate with a human.
A full month later and the thresholds I ordered still haven't even shipped. They still show as in stock on the website and the emailed responses say they will fulfill and ship orders within 1-3 business days but no updates on when this specific order will be fulfilled. Just don't order anything time sensitive because they don't ship your stuff out and the emailed responses are just form responses.
*Edited to add* They have not offered an opportunity to cancel the order in the in two form email responses I've gotten and all items I ordered show as in stock and available to ship on their website as of June 5th at 8am despite their response describing manufacturing delays.

The Thermatru hinges your ordered do come packed in bulk direct from the manufacturer. We always inspect the hinges though before they go out and the Oil Rubbed Bronze ones do have what appears to be scratches in them, but are typically part of the rustic finish. We are one of the only retailers you can buy these from online at this time though.
